Awful i tried changing my address while doing my claim and it would not allow also tried when I paidat store and was told to call insurance when I did I was told I wasn't able to change the address because I had already paid for the claim now I'm out 120$ and still can't use my phone at all and haven't yet received my new one because I could not change my addressread more

My claim was processed quickly. Though the replace was a day later than was promised,I guess covid was the likely fault. I just don't understand why we pay a premium for this, but have to pay $149 for it. I don't understand deductibles, and think they are a Rip-off.read more
