If I could give less stars I would car less than 2 years old second time taken away I am now toldtomorrow PM I will get my replacement car this is Audi assist that will be 4 days without a car you can't get anywhere with complaints except sorry . Sorry does not cut it I will never buy another Audi go to land rover their after sales and looking after the customer is great we live 1 hour ten minutes from Highland Audi and will wait 4 days for a replacement I was told before they even came to pick up the car it would be going back to the garage as it was under warranty so a car could of been dispatched to me right away shocking service buyer beware don't buy an Audi I even emailed their C.E.O in England fat lot of good that will do

So Peterborough Audi sold me an approved used 3 year old vehicle in 2018 as accident free and with a full Audi service history.I had a few niggles with it but overall it seemed OK. Now - with 52000 miles on the clock - the wheel bearings have gone. Took it into a local Audi specialist for the sake of speed - not Audi themselves - who asked if I had used them before. I said not BUT they knew the car and said they had done it’s first three services and had done a repair on it. They were able to name the original owner - to my horror as I then knew they were telling the truth. Audi have fraudulently sold me a vehicle that has never been serviced by them.
Totally disgusted - this visit is going to cost £900 and if they can fake the service history is the mileage fake too?

I have contacted Audi UK and Audi Germany about the mis sale of my vehicle from Audi Lincoln.I have supplied them with a mountain of evidence to which both Audi UK and Audi Germany have refused to step in.
Absolutely disgusting from a multi million pound international company.

One thing you can count on with any Audi: the worst customer service of any car brand, anywhere.Their number here in the USA is inevitably busy and offers a call-back, one which never happens. I would stay as far away possible from Audi, please don't waste your time & money with this company.

You will be buying a car that will have problems
Owned two Audi's. Nice cars to drive but have had 2 DSG rebuilds (one A1 car after 10,000km brand new),the radio died in a two year old car, Bluetooth died and also the navigation system as well. Constant issues with a rattle in the door which should be unacceptable for a premium car brand.
The windows rattle too when lowered in the A1. Audi Australia call it a characteristic of the car....
Only own an Audi under warranty.

One thing you can count on with any Audi: the worst customer service of any marque, anywhere.Their number here in the USA is inevitably busy and offers a call-back, one which never happens. I am sorry I bought this car, a Q5. Don't make my mistake. And if you try to post a bad review you get the spinning wheel of death.

V disappointed with Connolly Audi service Sligo and Audi Ireland. Sister car Q2 ran out of Ad Blue in Donegal.Had to be sent to Sligo to reset sensor. Got car back, on way to Dublin, sensor light came back on again. Back to garage.
The now claim the Ad Blue is contaminated and want €295 + VAT to drain/ flush out system. They will not take responsibility for their failure to spot this @ the first check, or to take responsibility for the error during the first check that someone added something other than
ad- blue to the tank. I know the have to make up for loss of earnings due to Covid, but this is an Absolute disgrace in getting my sister into paying for this. Got onto Audi Ireland and were of no help either. As it’s a 191 car and still under warranty I know the branch could have put it through as a sensor replacement and claimed under the warranty, but no, money had to come in.
That’s the end of my sister relationship with Audi, she’s changing car next mth. My wife (A4) and myself (Q5) will both be changing brand in the near future.
