Masters of lies, formulaic answers and quietly deleting their words

We are preparing several online services for launch. Filled out an application for the first one in 2checkout.The answer was: "Your type of service is on the list of our prohibited products."
I studied this list in advance and did not find anything like that. Therefore I asked: "Can you please tell me which of the points my type of product falls under?"
To which I received a letter about the fact that they can refuse without explaining the reasons. On my request to answer for their initial words, they went into "ignore mode".
To summarize:
1) I am completely OK with the fact that they can refuse without any explanation. This is their right.
2) I categorically reject outright lies and the inability to answer for them, right at the beginning of our dialogue.
Nobody pulled 2checkout to do it - they themselves decided to lie to me for some reason.
And how can such people be entrusted with the management of my (or your) financial flows?
I am not ready to entrust any of my projects to liars, so I will not apply for my other projects here. Fortunately, there are many alternatives, and the further you go, the more there will be :)

The first "bell" was still at the login stage - this is the most buggy registration procedure on the site that I have ever seen since the invention of the Internet.

2checkout asked me for additional info:
"Hello! Thanks for your honest feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to review our platform and services, and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. To help us sort this out, could you please provide us with a ticket number or merchant ID? Please feel free to contact us directly at service @ 2checkout.com. Looking forward to hearing from you!"
I've asked:

Merchant code: As I said earlier, your login page is an undisputed bugs world champion. So I can't access that page now.
Mail: I've sent you email, looking forward to your response. "
UPD.2 (WHAT???)
They haven't responded anything! They just changed their answer here to "oh we're sorry" and just DELETE all they wrote before.
My dear 2checkout.
For a short dialogue, you managed to deceive me 2 times, then just forget / erase your words. The second case was public, but you are OK even with it.
I am shocked that a company with the level of responsibility of a backyard kebab is allowed to work in international markets and has managed to grow up and become so impudent.
Fortunately, history shows that the presence of such unscrupulous (and at the same time successful) companies is only an indicator of the extreme youth of the market.
When modern and responsible players enter the market, dinosaurs like 2checkout will suddenly die out. Let's wait and watch.
