Super quick deliver, but unfortunately can't say the same about customer service (which is VERY important to a customer).
I called on the 6th of April to ask a question.I was told to send an email instead (they needed to speak to the supplier) which was fine and I sent it immediately.
It has now been over a week and I still haven't heard back.. I did not want to miss out on the deal (I already missed out on one before) so ordered the pram without my questions being answered.. Luckily I am satisfied with the product so don't need to return it..read more

Was hoping for a good experience reading most reviews not one of the bad ones that can also be found here.Unfortunately I had experienced the same with a 7-10days availability Uppababy order. As I read the bad reviews I actually have asked early to make sure my order was ordered in time and getting ready, but they didn’t do it.
When called on the 11th working day(Monday) -after quite a few emails asking for update- I have been told that it should be available by the end of this week! So at least 5 more days?! It was said this is because of shipping delays...
So I cancelled.
Positive side:
At least some of my emails were replied on the same day and I got my refund as well.
Conclusion:
But it should have been told a lot earlier in the process eg. when I ordered it that it will NOT be available within 10 days so then I could have decided to cancel and not wait weeks for nothing and without a stroller.
Would give. 2.5 but there is no way so sticked with a 3 now.read more
