Moved into this new house about 4 days ago, called them about 2-3 times everyday, everytime they pick up its the same bs,talking about if you restart your router it will all work. 4 days without internet is not unbearable you might think to yourself. Keep in mind all of my sons school is online and also my work is also done online through teams/zoom meetings? How is this allowed btw? its so insane how bad their customer service is. Ive found the issue and they are still not able to solve it? Lets not talk about their troubeshooting skills because this isnt a comedy show, but damn even when i give them the issue? so fkn disgusting how bad their customer services is not only how they treat customer but also how fkn clueless they are.read more

I changed to Bahnhof because I need more faster internet. I paid for 1000-1000Mbit/s since September.We had no internet for 3 weeks then in the last week of September they had connected it. But it was only 100mbps and we paid for 720+kronor for this 1 week. We had plenty of complaining and they said they will fixed it but until now they are not doing it. We paid monthly for the service of 1000-1000mbps except the bill of January because their customer service said they will fixed the billing price but nothing happened, they did not changed the price. The other day we complain again because they want us to pay the bill but we asked them why we need to pay the price that you did not delivered the right service? They said they will fixed it. We are waiting for them to fix the price before we pay the bills.
Now, we have no have internet because they CUT it and this is suffering for us especially for my children that are studying in distance or at home using internet. Do you think this is FAIR???
Then we received again a bill for this month of February. We called them again, and they said we need to pay all the bills before they can fix it. For real, this is like CHEATING! Very UNFAIR!
They want us to pay full payment for the 1/8 service. 100mbps instead of 1000Mbit/s? Is this right?
Now we are planning to report this to the authority so that this will not be happen to others.

I used to have a good view on Bahnhof but that changed quite quickly after trying the service.I Switched to Banhoff and from the start nothing worked. I filed a claim and tried to get in touch with them but they were difficult to get ahold of. I did not have any internet for 3 working days and finally when I got hold of them I just wanted to end my subscription since it was just not working at all and their customer support had done nothing to help. After that, they send me a bill which I think is the worst part since their service did not work and they put no effort trying to fix it. So basically they charge me for nothing and there is no understanding of the situation from their part.
I am quite unhappy with their service and I think although I like what they stand for regarding privacy they have terrible customer service and do whatever to get money out of you.

I appreciate getting back but there is no info about any invoicing department, in fact, there is only one point of contact and there is no help there. This is exactly the problem, communication is impossible. They also say that there is a chat but there is no such medium.read more

I had Bahnhof for a couple of years and I didn't have any problem with them, the internet speed,connectivity, support - everything was good. I just didn't like the binding time and the price (That seems like a normal thing in Sweden for the internet providers, expensive and has at least 1 month of cancelation notice).
I move to a new place, where Bahnhof is not available, I've connected to Comhem and then I realized how lovely was Bahnhof, Comhem really-really sucks...read more

I have just become a Bahnhof customer and my girlfriend has been a customer for years. The service is pitiful.Among a few other issues, we upgraded to the 250mbps plan and we only get around 60-65mbps, there are moments when the service cuts out, were paying more for less. When we do get them on the phone they say, connect to the outlet directly and the speed might be different. Thats not help at all.
