As I read through these reviews, I can tell they're paid reviews. Unfortunately, Beautiful.ai is a tool with great potential but terrible execution.For everything that it can do, it's an extremely limiting tool and you definitely will take long to get your slides done. You can't move any elements without clicking only 1 particular area within the image, deleting elements is a nightmare, same with copying, pasting and resizing. Moving things around are always super limited to the templates, basic things that many other slide tools have already mastered they backtrack on. Everything is way less intuitive here. It felt like I was going back in time to achieve a futuristic slide presentation result. This makes no sense to me! There's not even an "undo" button or arrows to move through slides. How do you fail to add the most basic elements in any software ever? I'm really mad at this tool because it had everything to be amazing but whoever developed it definitely failed at understanding how this tool could be competitive. Making prettier slides than PowerPoint is not enough of a sales draw if the process to make them is completely horrible. And customer service? There isn't one. Horrible overall.

Stay away from this company. I cannot rate their customer service because there is none.Won’t return a phone call or an email. Totally unresponsive to unique issues. Just stone cold silence. You are better off with PowerPoint.
