Edit: Sarah helped me sort it out, on a weekend none the less! Within minutes she had my refund sorted out and even gave me a little compensation for the experience.So overall, still not the best experience ive ever had, but as long as i have Sarah to contact, i know it will be okay!

I bought a set of training leggins and a training bra back in march. When it finally arrived it was falling apart at the seams and it was atleast two sizes too small compaired to their size chart. When i finally managed to struggle in it (i dont even know why i tried at this point) the leggins were completely see through. Ofcourse based on all this i return it. Come to find out to return it you have to print some weird label from their page that isnt paid and that i cant pay for at my post office because my country dont support the carrier on the label. Fine, i think to myself, ill just purchase an international label from my local post office. Its expensive as hell, i have to pay costums and i dont even get tracking on it. I still return it though because i really dont want it and i really dont need it. Atleast ill have a little left over after the return goes through. Its now two months later and i STILL havent gotten my money back. I have contacted them a million times and sent them proof of postage and they STILL wont return my money. They keep claiming it just takes a while and that i should get my money back at any point now and NOTHING HAPPENS.read more

I had shipped back a return over a month ago and still had not received a refund. I reached out to customer support,and Louise was a huge help! Although there had been a delay in AYBL receiving my return, she went ahead and issued my refund. I will absolutely be shopping with AYBL again in the future.read more

Fantastic customer service!
I am so happy with the customer service I received from AYBL.I saw that the tracking showed the package had been delivered, when I hadn't received it yet, so I contacted customer service via email. I got a response very quickly. Megan, had looked up the tracking information with the local postal service here in Norway to figure out where the parcel had been left and was able to let me know even before they had left the pick-up slip.
