Terrible delivery! BBB sends so many coupons. The company wants you to buy its products. BUT, then,the company can't deliver them! Three weeks for one item and still no update. Two months for one item. Terrible service.

The website is nice but the product is terrible. The size and materials nothing are fit the website described Made out of cheap nasty material.Poor quality all round and I came out over £21 lighter because of postage and VAT not being refunded I was trying to return the whole order back to the company then I went online and I found the company help which is Eight4five five2ₒₙₑ seven ᵗʷᵒ ᶠᵒᵘʳ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ THE COMPANY ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE THE DRESS WHICH IS GOT IS NOTHING LIKE UN THE PICTURE AT ALL the customer care team was great in helping to get my return and money back after that I was able to MAIL BACK THE WHOLE ORDER I made my first and last purchase from this online store in January. It took two months, reporting then to the BBB, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY

We bought a 14-piece set of Rachel Ray Hard Enamel Nonstick Aluminum Cookware and the stockpot was defective.The lid won't seal because the pot was misshapen when it was shipped to us. We contacted customer service when we noticed this defect and were offered a $15 credit for a pot that costs $39. We just wanted them to send us a new stockpot but customer service wouldn't answer our emails. We even sent pictures of the defect and still no answer. So we finally went to the store (120 miles away) to speak to them and the only way we could get a new stockpot was to return the WHOLE set. We will NEVER buy anything from Bed, Bath & Beyond again.

Why did you cancel my order?
It was a birthday gift for my daughter.
I went to the store and physically presented my card which was approved.I was told by the employee that the 20 % off coupon would be applied but when I went to check out she told be I couldn’t use it.
I spent a half hour on your worthless chat room and with customer support with no resolution. Said it might be the credit card company’s fault. It was not because they still have an open authorization.

March 25 th I Bought two 100$ gift cards for my best friends birthday- due to covid and social distancing I chose the chocolate cupcakes design and had them sent to her address.March 26 th my bank account was charge two hundred dollars for the purchase so I starting tracking them to make sure they’d arrive by the promised April 2 Nd !
No tracking info was available. So I waiting a few days. I went back on the site and found tracking stating USPS had not received the package as yet. I contacted the “help” line via chat, first I was told they were guaranteed to arrive by close of the day April 2 nd(in writing) but clearly USPS showed they’d never received the package from BBB to ship! The representative promised delivery to my friends address April 2 Nd by close of the day- again in writing. We discussed the issue back and forth for hours, me asking him to overnight the cards to her, him insisting they were shipped but no where could he prove it. April 2 Nd came and I had her check her mail box at 5 pm. Nothing ! How embarrassing !! I went back up the help desk online and spoke to another rep for hours getting set up a account to credit to her online. We confirmed her email address 6 times( all in writing.)
April third - her birthday - I call her to wish her a happy birthday and ask her to check her BBB account and verify the amount. Zero!
Oh My GOD... I go back to calling asking fir a supervisor- 4 times- finally get in on the phone and they see where my own email account was credited a “limited “”expiring “ 200$ credit. What the hey? I never even gave them my email while we were working on crediting her account I only gave hers... finally the money was moved to her email account at BBB and promised it was a forever credit not an expiring one.
It was loaded to her account . As an expiring credit - seriously? I will never ever shop here again. Not sure who owns this but not one rep spoke English as a first language so they’re was that challenge as well along the way.

what I received was basically garbage - the quality is that bad.Most of the clothes were cheap quality, printed on polyester and some didn't look like the pictures at all. The sizes were good since I read the measurements, but were not at all consistent. Misleading descriptions and pictures. Very disappointed. Will be returning I was trying to return the whole order back to the company then I went online and did research about this company finally I found this help number which is Eight four-five ???? ??? ??? Seven two four five I contacted the Company and they ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE THE clothes I got from this company was ugly and looks nothing like the picture, the customer care team was great in helping to get my return and money back after that I was able to MAIL BACK THE WHOLE ORDER I made my first and last purchase from this online store in January. It took 3 months, absolutely no I don't recommend this company
