Customer service couldn't possibly be worse. Great blankets though....

After two terrible experiences with customer service doing absolutely ridiculous things I'm finally wise enough to stop buying Berkshire Blanket's absolutely additive,wonderful blankets. First time they shipped me a broken electric blanket and wouldn't do anything except offer a refund if I shipped the heavy blanket back at my own expense. Today is more silliness. They won't change anything about an order I made yesterday (won't change my payment method, or cancel the order) which hasn't shipped. Since getting an order has never been particularly quick I see no reason why they couldn't do a single thing to help me. I would understand if it had shipped or even had a tracking number, but it hasn't and doesn't. I've had enough now. Fool me twice, shame on me, I guess. At least I can warn other people people.
