Don’t bother! Absolutely appalling customer service and still no refund over a month later.
I bought a chest of drawers from this company which arrived faulty,I emailed them and they arranged for the faulty drawers to be collected. They didn’t send a replacement set , I had to email them to ask where they where. When I finally got a reply I asked for a refund instead of a replacement which they agreed but still sent the replacement. They have now been sat in my hallway waiting for collection for over a month. They have said they have escalated my complaint but still no refund nor have the drawers been collected. Absolutely disappointing customer service, it’s actually mentally exhausting to try and get my money back. I have now contacted trading standards and they have the email trail. Hopefully I will get my money back!

I searched high and low for a decent priced TV unit as I need a large one to hold my TV.I came accross this website and I ordered the Avon large TV unit and lifting coffee table to match, grey with oak top as the price was amazing. After ordering I decided to check the reviews on here and started to panic due to the amount of people who have received damaged goods. I ordered late on Monday night and the next day my order was dispatched. I received the coffee table on Wednesday and then the TV unit on Thursday. I had them built as I was worried about damage but I have to say my items were not damaged at all and are great quality. We decided to use glue as well as the parts given to make sure it stays together. The only problem we had was that one page was missing from the instructions but we pieced it together absolutely fine. I am really pleased with my purchase and will definitely purchase again in the future as there is a wide range to match my items which is great. I would definitely recommend!

Do not expect any level of quality customer service from this company

I informed them I no longer needed the item before it had even been shipped out. Despite confirmationvia email and a conversation over the phone saying that it had been successfully cancelled and wouldn't be delivered it showed up the next day and then again the day after. I refused it both times and told the delivery company to send it back to the supplier. Since then the tracking has been sitting at the delivery depot and hasn't moved since the 5th Feb.
I've tried contacting them again over email and both times they've told me they've issued a refund that would take 3 days at most to come through. Both times they have failed to follow through with this.
I have now been charged for the first £65 monthly payment and will be asking for that back as well. A complete mess of a situation any competent or non scam company would have been able to sort out with no fuss.
EDIT: They finally got the refund to me after calling and emailing a few more times since I wrote this review so I have increased the stars from 1 to 3

Prompt delivery, but sadly arrived damaged. Damage was clearly done at manufacturing or packaging stage,not by courier.
The shelf unit is so poorly made generally. But worse still the items damage had tried to be covered up with paint!!!
Awful to assemble. Sadly husband only noticed the damage once he'd put the thing together, which wasnt easy.
On contacting the company they insisted I sent photos of the damaged packaging so they could go through courier insurance. I explained again that there was no damage to the box or packaging so it had been sent out like this. They just resent their first reply.
Eventually they took on board what I was saying and wanted to send me a replacement part. I had explained that it was assembled and couldn't take just one piece off. They offered me a £5 refund! Shocking.
I declined the £5. What an insult.

I wish I could put zero stars. I ordered an ottoman before Christmas and it came damaged.I was told that the damaged parts would be sent out. After numerous emails asking where they are, they did not arrive. Customer service told me they were waiting for stock and would let me know when they were sent out. It got to the point where I asked for a refund. They said that someone would pick it up, but no one turned up. We'll see if anything happens, but avoid them.. Not worth the shocking customer service
