We were in a pawn shop in Kzoo Michigan and they had a BRCC display in their store.I pick up some MO (MURDERED OUT) I must say I was leary to try it. Long story short..love their coffee, has tried a lot of them mainly dark roast..it's the only coffee in our house. Name brand coffee tastes like crap. The shipping is a little funky..but I contacted C.S. and ask if there is other shipping options besides the "free economy shipping " and was told yes..free is great but my coffee order was all over before it got to me. Next time I order I will choose standard shipping. BRCC ROCKS!!!

Pretty darn fair coffee

A few years ago my son presented me with a bag of Black Rifle Coffee; as much as I wanted to love it,I could only rate it fair at best. Today I was at my local tactical shop and bought another bag. I wanted whole bean but had to settle for ground. I used the French press method as it usually produces an excellent cup a Joe. Once again, to my chagrin I fell far short of an orgazmic coffee drinking experience. I know the saying goes, if you can't say something nice, don't say anything, so here goes. I glad I bought it locally, from a very nice sales clerk, relieving me of the duty to also register a shipping grievance. Ooh, one more thing while I have your attention; your tv commercial, shooting the coffee can in the mortar round; I know it's ment to be satirical but on the way to satire it tripped on ridiculous. If I could give this company a NEGATIVE rating, I would. I chose to send a friend coffee every month for a year as a gift.The first shipment was lost and NO ONE AT BLACK RIFLE CONTACTED ME. I had to call them and was told that "they don't track packages once they are in the USPS system". REALLY??? And that's not the worst part. THEY LOST THE SECOND SHIPMENT AS WELL!!! I would encourage everyone to look elsewhere and save the headaches. I cannot believe that former military run this company because I've NEVER known military to run anything this slip shod. Going elsewhere with my money. *** This is my response to the response below from Black Rifle: Excuses DO NOT cut it. PERFORMANCE DOES CUT IT. Customers don't want to hear excuses as to why their orders, more than one, did not arrive. They're only interested if they receive the product they paid for in a timely manner. That's it. Good luck to BR bc if this is your company's performance model, you will be gone in the near future.

I love the coffee!!! But the shipping is terrible. There is an 8 hour difference between where they ship from and where I live and after 5 days,not only is the coffee not delivered but the tracking info still says "awaiting package". If I have to go buy coffee, why do I need this service?!

I have been a club member for a few years. Love the coffee but shipping in extremely inconsistent.This has happened 3 times in the last 6 months. For example charged my account on April 27 and my coffee still has not shipped. Call customer service a all in got was USPS has not picked up my order. The lady really didn't seem to care.
