I went to order 1 pillowcase from them and backed out of their payment BUT I did enter my card.I didn't confirm and sent them a cancel my order just in case. I received a message that said "we're so excited". Then I received 4 king-size pillowcases to the tune of $217.88. I got a refund but not the shipping cost. They are a scam for sure. I filed a complaint with the BBB. That's the only way you'll get things settled. Never again with this internet crap. L'ange is another one to stay away from.

Purchased king blissy pillowcase for 89dollars ,yea not to smart but was taken by 60 day return policy.Fully expecting a full return only to find out that if you dare use it, you will not get a full refund. Called customer service to get some answers. They need to look up that word in dictionary!! Anyway,the pillow is ok but the price sucks as I can buy Amazon ,same pillow 30.99 dollars with free returns and credit for full amount!! This company will never be an Amazon as they don’t have a clue about customer service!! You are never to lose to be stupid!!

Blissy in my opinion is a scam; if nothing else they are the worst company that I've ever purchased from.And I believe this review just like my emails and phone calls will go unanswered.
The website charged me way more than it claimed it would, but that's on me for not noticing it was about $40 more.
The pillowcases (I ordered two of them) is not special and did not do as claimed on their website- I'd been better off buying a pillowcase from Goodwill.
I wanted to return them, but Blissy hasn't returned either of my emails from May 6th or my phone messages May 14th and May 17th. No, I've called other times but they never answered the phone and I didn't leave a message on the other call attempts.
My next step is to complain to any site that their ad appears on and the BBB.
Notice, their website won't allow a person to enter a review on their site, but there's lots of reviews. I think they write them, not customers

My order was sent to a completely wrong address! when i opened up a claim, they sent the delivery tracking to paypal but they did not check that the postcode they sent it to was not mine!quite incompetent and embarrassing for them that they do not check info. its sad as i did purchase from them before but now i will not!

Bought 4 - returned 3. I don’t get it. No different from any other silk pillow case in my opinion.Guess I drank the advertising/marketing juice. Just an overpriced silk pillow case. Didn’t magically help my hair or skin (really? Lol)

This is a 1 star because zero is not an option and the box was nice. My black silk sleep mask arrived in the mail yesterday and I couldn't have been more excited.Opening the packaging, the little gift box, the special paper built the excitement. Silk sleep magic, I thought. Worth $50 for the comfort, the luxury, the SLEEP, I thought. But it was thinner, not as cushioned as I was expecting, about 1 cm thick. Narrower, too. 22 momme...maybe? It's literally the most uncomfortable, poorly designed sleep mask I've ever put on. And it lets loads of light in. The non-adjustable scrunchy elastic band is too short, making it way too tight. So tight that it pulled the mask back into my eyeballs, pressing onto them, squishing them enough to be headache inducing and vision impairing. So tight, that the mask folds outward, leaving a big gap of light in from the bottom. No way to get full coverage. Now that I look at the promo photo on the main website more closely, I can see that the elastic is pulling too tightly at the edge of the mask, showing little stretch folds. I should have looked more closely before ordering it, but I fell for all the glowing promotions. The only way that mask would help anyone sleep is by cutting off blood flow. I'm so, so, so disappointed, and so relieved I didn't send these as gifts to anyone for as I had originally planned, because I'm not sure they would have told me how much the product falls short, and even if they did, it would be such a hassle to get them to return it - not much of a gift when it's really just a problem. Now I need to embark on the return process to California. The carbon footprint made by this crappy product before it comes to rest in a landfill will be notable.
