We are an online hub where talented, inspiring, hardworking entrepreneurs, investors, and leaders can learn about the rapidly evolving world of blockchain technologies. BlockGeeks mission is to share and grow the knowledge around Blockchain technology. A vast amount of the knowledge that would be valuable to many people is currently only available to a few — either locked in people's heads, or only accessible to select groups. We want to connect the people who have knowledge to the people who need it, to bring together people with different perspectives so they can understand each other better, and to empower everyone to share their knowledge for the benefit of the rest of the world. Founders Dmitry Buterin Is a serial entrepreneur - he has started a number of ventures, 3 of which has become multi-million dollar businesses. Dmitry is very passionate about entrepreneurship and has been a member of the worldwide Entrepreneurs Organization since 2004. Furthermore, his son Vitalik has become a thought leader in the Blockchain/Bitcoin space and founded the organization called Ethereum that has now become the second-biggest cryptocurrency platform in the world, with a market cap of ~USD$1bln. Dmitry's most recent venture is BlockGeeks.com - a friendly online community that educates, connects and helps people interested in leveraging the potential of blockchain technologies: entrepreneurs, curious geeks and anyone else. Ameer Rosic Serial entrepreneur, investor, blockchain evangelist and founder of BlockGeeks an online hub about the rapidly evolving world of blockchain technologies. and Rosic Media and a niche digital marketing firm that has helped many helping companies leverage the latest and greatest marketing strategy to fuel their businesses. By far the worst support I have ever had the misfortune to experience!
I signed up for blockgeeks in December 2020 for a years subscription,I asked for a simple account merge with an old account I'd forgotten I had and I've been locked out of both since. It is now March 2021 I'm a quarter into my subscription and have had no access throughout.
When you contact support you expect 24-48 hours delayed response at most. With Blockgeeks you're lucky to get an answer in weeks. Each 3 week plus wait is broken up by them asking a question or saying "This is your new password" only to find your password doesn't work and you're left with having to wait weeks for next contact.
If you want my advice from experience, steer well clear, I'm no longer even convinced they're as big as they make out they are

Contents are superficial. Some courses are good but far from updated information. Customer services suck as their response was very delay to neglect to respond.Redeemed system was not great as wrongful redeemed cannot be reversed.

I'm somewhat disappointed at this early stage, after having read about this being one of the main blockchain learning platforms.One of the teachers is not a good speaker and he teaches many lessons one after another.
Support is lacking whereas their development environment doesn't work well and needs intensive support. The discussion forum suddenly disappeared whereas it was badly needed. The website doesn't function well on iPad and Android. Support would search for a solution but didn't find one after a week.
Some of their other online classes were good, well presented, pleasant to attend.
