Shoes ruined in 3 months

My shoes cost £120. I bought them for their quality and they wore out totally in three months.Huge holes going all the way through and scraped sides. Good runners last years and years! Absolute joke and they’re the worst to deal with cause they ignore my email about the worn shoes.. seems like a scam!?

Amazing running shoes I highly recommend! I was on the hunt for some new running shoes when a family friend who is a frequent long distance runner recommended brooks.I am incredibly impressed with my running trainers they are so supporting and enable me to go further. Slowly I’m grown my mileage from 5k->7k and I’m now aiming for 10k! I used the shoe finder tool online as is I wanted to find the perfect fit for my feet. I have a high instep and a wide foot and my old running trainers didn’t give me enough support so I’d get all sorts of aches and pains after running. It recommended me the Aduro 6, but I wasn’t sure whether the Adrenaline GTS 21 would be better as they came in a wider size so I bought both. They took a week or so to ship to the UK and after trying them both on I went with the Aduro 6 and returned the Adrenaline GTS (the return form was a little tricky but that’s Brexits fault not brooks) and received my refund within a fortnight. I’ve been out running every other day since I got these trainers and haven’t had any aches or pains in my feet since. I will be recommending these trainers to everyone I know now!

Bad shoes, worse customer service!

I bought brooks glycerine18 this September. Just few days after I injured severely my arm and could not practice any sport till late January.So unfortunately I did not manage to try them within the 90day trial period. After trying them I discovered they actually are horrible for my knees. I have never had knee or any other problem with other running shoes. But these ones bring about a strong knee pain, so much so that I can't run for a good 5-6 days after. I contacted customer service and explained I could not try them within their window due to health problems that I could prove to them. But nothing! Cold as stone, they don't care at all. Say that is their policy and no exception. I even said I was happy to exchange rather than ask for refund. But again, they don't care. I do not recommend their shoes or customer service. If you want good shoes and customer service, go check out Saucony.

Cancelled my order because they were horrendous to deal with. My order was paid but I got no confirmation.I could log in and see the order confirmed but still no confirmation. I emailed customer service because the money wasn't gone out of my account, 4 days later I got a reply. Didn't couldn't find the order, then they could find the order and they said payment was taken until the goods were shipped ??‍♂️??‍♂️ take my money, that's the whole point of me placing the order!? Oh it took another 3 days to get a reply so I just cancelled and purchased somewhere else. Lads it's not hard to run an e-commerce website, hire more staff and run the site more efficiently and you'll make more money.

Further to my previous review.Update on BROOKSSHOESUK.COM obviously a COUNTERFEIT site!!!i had ordered Brooks Ghost12 from them but this morning I received a package with running shoes as description on outside. Inside was a pair of obviously fake sunglasses with Ray Ban written on them!!! I have raised a formal dispute with my card company but wanted to give you all a heads up . The GENUINE company site is BROOKSRUNNING.COM.

Not worth one star. My Brooks running shoes have a manufacturing fault so that the logo is coming off on one shoe.I let them know, assuming they would be keen to help... especially as this is such a visible fault and detrimental to their reputation. The customer service response was I need a wider shoe (I don't have wide feet - have always been regular fit) - in other words, it is my fault for a peeling away logo! Now they just won't respond further. Terrible for a pair of shoes worth over £100.

The delivery on the orders is awful. They state 8-14 days for the UK, which in itself is a joke - Brexit or no Brexit,but so far it has been 14 days with at least another 5 to add on. Personally I will avoid using them again in the future as there are other companies that can provide a comparable product in a shorter lead time
