This is the absolute worst company I've ever ordered from. I ordered a chair 5 weeks ago.Said I would get a tracking number and that the person will email me what the hold up is. Didn't get that. Only thing I got was a 20 dollar off email. Tired of waiting asking on Friday for a refund. This place sucks ass go elsewhere. Hell go to Walmart you will get your things on time.

Two of the nightshirts had lettering, which cracked and came off in the wash; two of the shirts had the stitching come out after the first wash.ONE of the five stayed in tack. Given the poor quality, I decided to return all of them. Went online and tried to log in to my account to do so and...guess what? An error message was returned when I clicked "return" indicating that my email address did not belong to an existing customer. I went online and I found this help which When I contacted returns HE company admitted their mistake and the customer team was outstanding and awesome in getting my return shipping and amount back Do not order unless you are absolutely sure of sizes but as I said the items did not look like the pictures and poorly made.

During covid I worked very hard to continue making my payments but every month they hit me with a late fee even though I was trying hard to make payments and get ahead.the last payment was short .10 cents and they billed me 5.76 in late fees. This is obsurd. I cannot believe a company could be so cold. Will continue to post negative reviews. CABELAS SUCKS!!!

Inventory Issues

Some firearms have an online order button with a ship to store option. They make you go through thewhole ordering process and when you hit the final button to purchase you then get an insufficient inventory message. I tried this with multiple products and I got the same message every time. I was only ordering 1 item, so the message indicates they have zero inventory in all stores.

Very disappointed with the service I received by an Employee: Becky @ the Richfield WI store very rude I explained my situation with an online purchase,showing not in stock in store I happen too be in the store sure enough there were two instock she didn't bother to offer to exchange the online purchase because there was a gift card involved with purchase, instead she gives me a piece of paper with a 188 number and sarcastically asked if I was gonna purchase the item she wouldn't even bother exchanging it was heavy and I would have taken back to the shelf I got it, but I'm particularly disable and can't walk well from a damaged left ankle very disappointed with my experience ?

I made a purchase online in December 2020. I returned the item on January 15, 2021.Their computer shows that they have had the item back for over 2 1/2 months and I still haven’t gotten a refund. I’ve called six times and still nothing. My most recent phone call was yesterday. The department that supposedly issues refunds told me that I would have an E-gift card via e-mail within 24-hours. To be fair, it is three hours shy of 24 hours, but it still isn’t there. Four days ago, I was told the exact same thing. I can’t go into a Cabela’s because I don’t have any local locations.
