I bought a 1pt mug from them about 18 months ago and it's still fine and I thought I'd have another couple as spares,this time with a Star Trek theme.
Not only did it take a lot longer to come (which I'm prepared to overlook due to C-19), but after a while and a few washes the print has partially come off, but also faded exceptionally badly. Also something that I didn't notice at first is that the print or transfer has been applied off centre on one mug.
On the second the transfer or print has started to fade out at a steady pace and it was only printed on once.
These mugs are meant to be 1pt they're less than that.
I won't be buying any more of them as the quality is so poor. I'm quite happy to provide a picture of what has happened to one.read more

I ordered 3 custom printed tshirts. The speed of delivery was fine but the quality of printing on the tshirts is very poor.The ink color is not consistent between the shirts, the art on both the front and back of the shirts is WAY too small. There is really no good way of telling the true size of the design when you are uploading custom art and a scale proof is not provided before ordering. Front pocket printing on one shirt is noticeably crooked. The ink is so thin that the color of the shirts bleeds through the art. These shirts are unwearable. I will never order from CafePress again.read more
