I had been with Call rail no issues for around a year,Other than the porting issues at the start but then there was no need to contact them. When I updated my mobile carrier it transpired that Call Rail have limited working relationships with UK mobile providers, as such I was unable to forward calls to my new number.
In December I requested the details needed to Port my original business number away and found a new provider. I was shocked to then find out that the port had been rejected as the form had an incorrect address on. I went back to call rail who provided me with another set of details, however for a second time the PORT out request was rejected.
Call Rail seem to hide behind their 'upstream carrier' quite a lot, whatever that is. Today the nail in the coffin has been being told that if I do not pay now for another month that I risk losing my business number altogether.
Corporate Blackmail as they know I have very little option and will not risk losing the business number.
Despite all of this and almost 4 weeks later I still have not been provided with correct details to action the port out request. Completely help to ransom by a US-based company. I will most certainly be keeping my software subscriptions with companies in the same time zone as me moving forwards. I feel it highly irresponsible for Call rail to claim they are able to effectively service business customers based in the UK.
Update: Responded to Call Rail's Message within the hour. Alomost a week later I have still not heard anything back from them. Seems like they just create a public image of being responsive but in reality, they don't care.

Submit a ticket to our support team, authorizing the port away with us. Include the tracking numbers you're looking to port away from CallRail with your authorization.
Contact your new provider to initiate the porting process.
CallRail will receive a notification that the number will be ported and we will approve.
Its been almost a month now and I am still no closer to being able to divert calls to my work phone. Call Rail cannot even provide me with the address to go onto the LOA for the new company. Absolute Circusread more

Callrail is the most unethical business on this planet. They added a service called conversionintelligence to my account without my approval or authorization and charged me for it an extra $50/Mo until I discovered that last night and when I asked their support team to issue a refund for all the previous months that they had charged me for that extra service which I had never approved, they REFUSED it. I am contacting my credit card company to refund the unauthorized charge.read more

I can't believe this. During this very tough time with COVID-19 where I was laid off and I'm trying to work on other activities where callrail is a very useful tool during this time of quarantine,they decided to put my account on pause/hold.
The only way we all blogally are interacting is this method: phone/text, and callrail without an explanation and authorization from me, decided to put my account in pause. Payments have been done in time and I spoke with a rep yesterday to specifically asked him NOT to put anything on hold. I find out that today my account was put on hold and I am sure lost clients for this during COVID-19. Does this company know there's a pandemic happening?read more

if you are looking to leave their services everything becomes impossible. There is no way to downloadall your past recordings before leaving.
The reason why I left their platform to CallTrackingMetrics was:
- search within their platform is slow
- customer service is weak
