Apalling service

Apalling service I’ve ordered an item and waited for 2 weeks to be delivered. Then Parcelforce said my address was insufficient and they were not able to deliver.I have called CK two times about the item I have purchased. They asked me to contact Parcelforce, and I did. However Parcelforce doesnt deliver the item, although I requested a redelivery and confirmed my address with them. The parcel is nowhere to be found. Called CK again, and they said they cannot contact Parcelforce on my behalf (what an absolute joke! as they should be responsible) and they can only issue my refund if the item returns to them. Well I dont know if this item is lost or even will be returned to them, but not receiving the item entitles me to have a refund. Their customer service is rubbish and they can clearly see that I havent received the item, but they dont refund me. Escalated things with PayPal and I hope I will be able to get a refund. Never to shop from CK again.

Literally bought a pack of underwear in their shop where the lady told me about the sizes,so I've picked the same wrist size in number 34 (eu) she said this is the same size. Well it is not. I just opened the box aftrer leaving the shop and saw the size is gonna be extremely small, didn't even try it on since it won't fit at all, so I've went back. Guess what.. not accepting returns. :D Joke brand.

I made an order and after waiting a few days I sent an email to calvinklein.pt because I didn't received anything.I didn't received any answer from them because there is NO client support on calvinklein.pt... So I sent an email to calvinklein.fr. I had a replay from them saying the order was delivered and they send me a delivery proof.. The 'delivery proof' didn't even have my signature, they just send me that random 'delivery proof' from there useless carrier and they said they couldn't do any else for me... So I lost my money and the articles. They are real thieves and crooks. Never buy from them, they will rob you!!!

Customer service is terrible. Because it’s not in the packaging they will not accept back.“We inspect all items when they arrive and will not accept it if we see it’s worn”. If it’s in the original packaging how would you know that? They aren’t going to open it... I said they weren’t worn and you can tell that because it has the packaging creases still in the fabric and if they’re were worn and washed you would know that with your expert inspectors. That’s fine these days customer service is everything and this company by far doesn’t have it.

Awful experience at their Gloucester Quays outlet. Unhelpful staff refused to exchange and customer service were even worse.Will not buy from them again. Customer service experience very poor compared to other brands.

Terrible company; the worst. They actually allowed an order placement, swiftly took funds - thennothing. Had to chase the order over a week later - let's not forget this is a brand that makes a big noise about its international status - and had to re-chase, and re-chase (bonkers message on the so called tracking netted minus...a message had never even seen in 35 years of placing orders online). Having done all that - get some nonsensical email about 'it being recalled because it wasn't placed in the territory it was being sent to'. So not only does this greedy grasping brand allow you to place an order - swiftly grabbing your cash - you then have to haggle and fight to find out where it has gone, a tooth-pulling style experience - you then eventually find out it's 'being sent back to the warehouse and a refund will be processed' because you ordered it from a site that doesn't supply your country - yet you have to obviously put in your address when you place the order. So they have an inbuilt mechanism to remove the funds from you - then some BS about not being able to send an order because you allegedly ordered it from an Irish CK website. (we are in the UK for crying out loud - not outter Mongolia - which arguably wouldn't be a problem anyway because we have the world wide web). I mean really? They don't apologise for the inbuilt error of their system - and offer to replace the order and get it sent out from one of their other offices/warehouses. They just leave you begging for a refund at some point soon. This was a gift too. I loathe this company; they are crooks clearly taking your money to sit it in bank accounts for weeks, minus customer service because you have to chase them up - they don't have the basic manners to advise you of their own internal system ****-up. Do that to a million customers - I don't suppose I am the 100th they did that to - and there they have millions sitting in their account earning interest - and there you have their vile profits. Revolting.

I am still waiting for a refund after 2 months on a faulty product not fit for purpose!I am a good customer who has been shopping with the company for years! I have never had a problem purchasing online but I had to send a faulty product back in February and requested a refund for the first time ever! I am still waiting for my refund 2 months down the line! I wish I had read these reviews on Trustpilot regarding not getting your money back on refunds or deliveries not received! Calvin Klein either have a System Problem or a Cashflow Problem they definitely have a Trust Problem from consumers! Who is running this Company? This is no way to do business!
