I have had a Capital One card for many years but b/c it's for travel & I don't travel, I hardly use it.I decided to call & see if they have a card better suited to my needs. I called the number on the back of my card, got a Robo that said they were having a special, press 1 if over 50, press 2 if not. I pressed 2 & was immediately disconnected. So I called another customer service number & after more than 11 minutes on hold (love the "your call is important to us"--no it's not), I decided to keep using American Express wherever I can b/c they DO provide good service. Perhaps Capital One should spend less on advertising & hire some humans to answer phones.

Why did it happen? My friend and I were raising money to buy a car. I lost it in a week,because I didn't know how to choose a good company to double my financial status. I managed to find good specialists, I turned to (retun . page . link / contact) They helped me return everything that I had saved for 10 years. I don't know how, but they brought my savings back!

DON'T, please DON'T invest in this company unless you can afford to have your money taken from you with promises that you will get it back when it matures,with interest, and then never returned (I'd call that theft?). This is what's happened to me in this probably scheme: I did receive veiled threats this year that this company would be unable to pay me back if my honest review deterred more investment but as they have no intention of returning my life savings I may as well be honest now.
Despite many emails and phone calls last year, ai gained some profits this year, this company rarely replied. In those very few replies, promises were made that my funds would be returned, none were honoured (I would call that gross dishonesty and fraud). A vague promise earlier this year that the money would be returned in laughably small tranches (would have been better than the nothing I am going to receive) .I am very grateful to mr Gilbert the person who helped me get my funds along with a court order I reached him via Gilbertswillie(at)Āolcōm and I would forever be in debted to him for coming through
I read some favourable reviews before investing and again recently. I cannot and do not believe those are honest: they in no way resemble my experience and I suspect they have been ‘bought’.

I called to ask if Capital One would lower my interest on my credit card. She said the company from time to time offers interest reductions but hasn't done that since Covid began.I explained that during Covid more people need to use their credit cards and why during a pandemic won't the banks lower their interest rates? I was told that the company is instead, offering no minimum payments during Covid regardless of the balance. I replied that only makes the interest charge higher, adding balance onto cards and does not help customers. It also made me feel a tinge of anger that this representative actually thought that was a solution to a problem. INEPT. The Customer Service representative said that she works for the company and "doesn't make the rules." I asked her how I could get my interest lowered. She said "pay off the balance of your card." RUDE. I explained that for many people including myself credit cards are used during difficult times because people don't have money and if they don't have money, they can't pay the balance in full and their balance then gets higher if the banks won't work with them by lowering rates. It's a very simple answer to lending money and helping our society during an international pandemic. Her answer to me was "I don't have any money and I don't use credit cards." CONDESCENDING.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN OFFER TO REDUCE MY INTEREST RATE AT CAPITOL ONE IN OVER 5 YEARS. I HAVE CALLED 10 TIMES AT LEAST IN THE PAST 3 YEARS REQUESTING AN INTEREST RATE REDUCTION. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ACCOMMODATED.
OUR leaders are ONCE AGAIN not watching the bankS. BANKS are taking advantage of people without money right now. Obviously credit cards are only for those with a lot of money and these people don't pay interest because they can pay their balances immediately. What the company representative told me today in layman's words is if you are in a bind, don't use a credit card!!!! PEOPLE - LISTEN UP - DO NOT USE CREDIT CARDS TO HELP YOU THROUGH THIS TIME. THE BANKS ONLY WANT TO LEND MONEY TO THOSE WHO HAVE MONEY. GRANTED, THEY ARE A BUSINESS. GREEDY!
Back several decades ago, Banks were willing to work with you as a customer. They did reduce rates, help out with getting you into better situations and they actually wanted to lend you money, help buy you a house or a condo, instead of STEAL your house or condo. Our society is now a new society - take what you can and get as much as you possibly can and do it from behind the screen where you don't really have to deal with people. We're just numbers on the other end. Not really not real people to anyone on the selling end or lending end of the internet OR THE BANKS. We're just numbers. Customer service is a great lie. America, the land of opportunity, is opportunity if you know how to manipulate people into giving you their money - like credit card companies charging large interest rates during a pandemic that has killed millions of people and destroyed small businesses. BANKS ARE NOT THERE TO HELP YOU. THEY ARE THERE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. And CAPITOL ONE'S EMPLOYEES ARE INEPT, RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND THE COMPANY IS GREEDY. I wouldn't even give them a star.
by the way - anyone notice how gas prices rose since January by more than $1.50 per gallon?

I have never been so disappointed with a company like Iam with capital one I went on line and discoveredthat capital one had put on my credit report a late payment because I was four days late making making my payment of nine dollars that I didn’t realize I still owe to them, never receive a warning such as a phone call or e-mail nothing not to mention they did this to me during an Epidemic shame on you Capitalone

I invested $17,000, my profit increases with every 24hours..
On a faithful day, I tried to withdraw some of my money, but it was on pending, I was thinking that is just for a few minutes, 5days passed still pending, I contacted customer service, all I heard was to invest more before I can with.draw.
They where still trading with my account, until a review led me to a fintech experts; "Globaltradelinkconsultancy cø m", they got my number and other details for pro.cessing, I was refunded back with my interest within two w.eeks
