I had the same bad customer service experience. This customer service cannot solve simple problems.
After several emails,Carmina stopped communicating.

Nice shoes, very lousy customer service. The customer service will destroy this company if they will continue their customer service the way it is.Sent back a shoe for a size exchange, said that it will take a month to process. E-mailed them a couple of times for updates, and no response. Took my money and ran away. Stay away.read more

Carmina used a well-respected courier (UPS) that unfortunately mishandled my order which meant I didn't receive the shoes.UPS was very difficult to deal with and denied responsibility. Carmina gave me a refund.read more
