Faulty Blaupunkt pressure washer.

I purchased a Blaupunkt pressure washer online and it failed within six months after only about 30 hours use with water leaking from the inside of the machine and now it will not work.I am confident that the machine has been operated correctly without any misuse, indeed when it was working it did a good job, I contacted Carrefout by email but they diid not respond so I took the faulty macine to their store at Totalan, Malaga. They phoned the office in Madrid who said they would contact me with instructions. They did contact me and said they wanted to arrange collection of the machine on a certain date but if that date was satisfactory I would need to upload some documentation to accompany the machine. I responded saying the date was okay but then everything seemed to go quiet. Their emails are no reply so you cannot respond to them. I can only send to the general site at Carrefour.es and have done so with relevant information as to my order etc but they have failed to respond now. They are completely useless at communication and are very poor with customer care, to the point they really don't seem to care at all. So now I have to escalate my complaint through FACUA in the hope that they can help me as there seems to be no other practical way forward when you cannot communicate with the supplier involved.
It also seems that Spanish consumer law in not really enforceable for the consmer, unless you are prepared to go to court which takes forever and costs so much and without any guarantee of a successful outcome. I just wish more people realised quite how bad Carrefour are so they did not buy products from them, then perhaps they would actually give some thought to customer care not just lip service.

Do not waste your time trying to buy anything online with this bunch of clowns. You will NEVER be able to check out and pay,it's literally a joke and has been for over one year. Tried multiple times to use the website and it's the same every single time - technical issues. Complete and utter joke of a service.

'Flexible' returns are not possible. Customer service is meant to frustrate. Purchased a mixer that was misidentified on the website.When we tried the first time to return it, we were told we needed a printed factura. We had one on our phone, but no one would print it due to 'data protection' (whose data? Everyone already had all the data!). Went back a second time and was told we couldn't return with the boss being these and he's only there during working hours, so I would have to take time off work to return it. Tried to use the online return, and no one contacts us to create a pick up time. It's been a week now and we still have this mixer in our house. Workers were rude to us, no one wanted to be helpful. We ended up going out of our way to purchase this week's groceries elsewhere because just being in the store made me physically sick.

My purchase/my money is being withheld without reason

On 11/11 I online ordered a dishwasher, paid 258 €. Because I need to use a postal office box,I could use a friends address for the delivery. The track&trace info doesn't give any information, it was not able to follow the delivery or get any info on the delivery date. Unfortunately my friend wasn't home 2 times when they tried to deliver. I provided mine and my friend his phone number for the courier service to contact us, but nobody did. Now my dishwasher is gone and my money too. I contacted Carrefour several times to ask where my dishwasher is, if it will be delivered again or if I can pick it up somewhere, but Carrefour refuses to answer. They have my dishwasher, my money and not a single respons anymore. I never thought a company like Carrefour was engaged in such unfair practices.

I order a item two weeks ago, the day of delivery to my house, I received an email that they don´t have the product..nice!! thank you very much CARREFOUR now I don´t have any present to offer to my family. You could at least inform me the following days I purchase the item that you don´t have it, so I could have looked another platforms!! Ok Iam just a number, a client, but you just lost me. Maybe in some years you will consider us differently

Ordered 165 euro in groceries from Carrefour, and they never arrived. The website said "on their way will be delivered between 10am-12pm" until 9am the next morning when it switched to "delivered".I tried to contact them 5 times, and was ignored every time. I am out 165 euro and have no groceries. My guess is the delivery people stole the stuff, or they just never bothered to send it. So shady!

I wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing online. Goods were a week late.When they did arrive one was broken the other three defective. Carrefour don't respond to my messages and hang up the phone when I call! Opened a PayPal case, they will refund me but I have to pay for the return to a Carrefour warehouse 500 km away at the cost of 165€
163€ out of pocket!

Ordered a gazebo online .es 5th june which we paid with the pass card which I am glad I did as still no gazebo!I have rang, sent emails and nothing. Dont know what to do next. Locked out of carrefour pass ! and I have also tried ringing them.
