I won't be surprised if this company goes bankrupt one of these days.
They will not return your refund.The worst part is - they will even lie to you!
They will tell you that refund was already done and that you have to check with your bank over and over. When in truth, they never really gave you the refund. 1 year has passed and I still did not get my refund.
I guess this is how you run a legal scam. Their Customer Service are just a bunch of people hired to reply to your email with copy-and-paste answer.
YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!

Booked flights for April 2020 Manila- Cebu - Manila. Cancelled because of the Covid 19 Pandemic.No refund, not replying to emails. Promised a refund in August but never received. Cannot get an answer. Customer Service is non existing.
What else can I do but never ever trust this Philippines Airline Again. It seems I am one of thousands of disappointed Cebu Pacific customers.

This company is a bunch of scammers. They cancel our 2 hours direct tickets booked 1 month before our trip,just to force us to choose a 6 hour one stop trip. At the same price!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst thing is that they even gave us a reason of cancellation. Clearly, they wanted to book more expensive tickets..... Disgusting, never will flight with this company again and not recommend to our friends

When you consider that its an airline from Philippines, its pretty good. Its the nature of a lowcost airline to have customer problems if you are delayed,flight is cancelled , you need a refund. Of course you will have problems, like for all LCCs.
The uniform is yellow, informal, the stewardesses pretty with imaculate hair like all working female filipinas. Their planes are less spacious than other airlines, they squeeze in more seats, 333 instead of 242 on some wide bodied flights, when i went to Sydney. Filipinos are naturally friendly of course, so yo will always have pleasant crew, but the food is below average and expensive. Long flights to Sydney, Dubai will be difficult. At manila airport they tend to bunch all passengers together for checkin, so you will always be in a queue, but often there is a special queue for online checkin.
Prices are good, particularly during the promotions. You can get tickets to Australia for surprisingly low prices.
National flights are crowded and they often change gate at the last minute. There is often a quiz organised by the staff with a cheap prize.
All lowcost airlines have very low scores here, i guess from disgruntled passengers . But for the 95% who have faltless flights, CebPac is pretty good.

Never cares to give refund. No notice. No news. Nothing. Yet, keeps on advertising for new flights...How can we buy new tickets from you when you already took our money on cancelled flights? Try to call them and you will just be put on hold for hours until you give up.

Why this company keep selling tickets for flights they don't know if they will operate....is a mysteryto me.
Why people like me keep buying those tickets...is a bigger mystery.
When cancelling they give the customer three options: rebook, kind of money fund or refund.
Whether they cancel because they don't have enough passengers or they don't have government approval is yet another mystery.
They advise you that a refund could take up
to five billing cycles....
That is another mystery to me...how it can be so difficult to effect a refund over a credit card payment in the 21st Century.
How much money are they making by just keeping all that money in their bank accounts for nearly six months...that is another mystery....
But the bigger mystery of all....when will I get my money back?
Let me tell you something Cebu Pacific....in the current climate if you want a future customer base....you should make a priority refunding your customers of the past cancellations....who do you think will be wanting to fly with you in the future.

Cebu pacific, what can I say about you? My wife left London Heathrow airport on the 7th August,arriving in the Philippines on the 8th August.
My wife needed to go back home so we booked our first flight with you on the 24th August ''the flight was Canceled a few days later''. We had a further four flights cancelled by you, yes five flights in total. We realise the circumstances in regards to the Covid-19 Virus and the Lockdowns that were put in place.
To my surprise I had noticed that you was still taking bookings on the same dates that I had booked for my wife and some of them had taken off.
I personally believe you had cancelled my wifes tickets so you could therefore
sell at a much higher price. I have now cancelled my booking with you and made other arrangements for her to get home. I have asked for a refund and told that it could take up to 5 months to be paid out.
I have recently been on your website to check our details and I was totally shocked only to find that our bookings that we made DO NOT EXIST!!!
(I had gone to MANAGE BOOKINGS and entered our details only to find this)
I really can not understand this!! Luckily enough for me I am fortunate enough not to worry about the money side but this is in Principal!! I know the refunds
are very serious issues for some people who need there money back and yes you make them wait for there money.
People need there money back asap to buy essentials and food, i'm also sure this Violates there Human Rights.
I am now going to put this into the Public Domain for all British travellers going to the Philippines to avord Cebu Pacific in the future.
Companies around the world have taken advantage of the current situation purely for greed and i would class you as one of the worst Airlines in the world.
