Customer for 10 years all of the sudden they cancel tv services prism wanted me to get satellite switched to cable cox ,now I get internet through out the whole house and saved $80 per month ,no more rude customer service ,like you Gotta kiss there as* to get customer service see ya

Absolutely horrible experience. Hold for 2 hours, rude staff. So crazy to me because we were tryingto PURCHASE services. Went with AT&T and had much better support.

It is the Delayed internet service…

It does not matter if you have modem, you are living in an apartment where 20 apartments are already using century link services.They will delay providing services about 5 days or more than that, there is no limit. They can even send you the router/modem through UPS, without mentioning apartment number. They also may assigned wrong order number for the service and change it frequently everytime even after the modem/router reaches your home. Takes your account details and social security number everytime. Poor in organizing and managing records. No coordination within their team.

These people would get -stars if I could. We keep losing internet. And keep calling.Seems they don't care to fix the issue. Got disconnected today and they don't bother calling you back. Seems they are only service provider for us. They stink on customer service. Just plane lousy. Don't recommend.

Every night between 6:30 and 8:30ish my internet my internet starts buffering. I've stopped watching several movies because I get so sick of waiting.I've contacted them 4 times in the past 3 weeks. Everytime there's been no attempt to fix the issue. They wanted me to stay home all day and someone would show up between 8 AM and 5 PM. I've checked my internet speed many times and it's never the mbps that I'm paying for. I'm looking for a new provider. They've become one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. On two of my calls the customer service people couldn't speak English well enough to make sense.

Our internet has been out for a week. The first two days we were told there was an outage,the third we were told that wasn't true. A service person is unavailable for at least a week. We had someone take a look and the router has tanked, so far they are refusing an exchange. I have never had such a hard time with an internet provider and also hated even giving them one star. We are switching providers, save yourselves before you get mixed up with Centurylink!

I don't even want to give them a one star. I have to constantly call them, about my bill.I was set to auto payment every month and somehow this has miraculously been undone, on several occasions, but not by my accord, by some robot somewhere. I go onto the website to have them send my username and password, and the function of the green box does not work, it will only automatically send you "back" with that green box working, of which it only allows you to ask for your password, impossible when you need your username to begin the process, which is not available to function. calling and trying to rectify it is impossible. They have effed up my bill on so many occasions, I can't even count...which should not take so much effort each and every time. I do not suggest them because of these issues.

They boggle the mind with their awfulness. Sit down and let me tell you a story. Internet started going off and on and the phone line was filled with static,so we called their intrepid customer service. The first time we called them after the "have you re-powered your router" questions the lady restarted my router remotely. She refused to tackle the phone line issue. Result: Internet worked for 30 minutes, then resumed prior issue. Called again 2 days later. This time the tech said, "It's obvious from your phone line static that you need a tech. One will be out Tuesday." Tuesday comes around, no tech. I call - no tech visit was ever ordered. So I get customer service on again. I tell her this. Since she can't find a tech order, she doesn't believe me. We then go through 30 MINUTES of reboot, re-start, reset, tell me which lights are flashing, etc. I repeatedly tell her that the service will go off and on. It was comical. Her: "What light is on?" Me: "DSL is flashing, now it's solid, now it's off. Internet is off, now it's flashing, now it's solid, now it's off." She finally says, "Oh, so your service is going off and on." AFTER ME TELLING HER THAT WHEN I STARTED THE CALL. She did get me a tech who came the next day and said a line had been "nicked" outside and inferred that I did it with power equipment. (Last mowed 6 months ago and not by me.) They are unbelievably bad.
