Placed an order, my first order, 2 weeks ago. My account was debited immediately and I received an order confirmation...then nothing for over a week.Called and was told the order went out the day before my call and received a follow-up email with a tracking number. Checked the tracking number, shipper waiting for the package. Checked every day for 3-4 days and always the same, shipper waiting for the package from the merchant. Called Charlotte's Web again, no answer, everyone left early for the day. Sent an email demanding my order be cancelled and the amount refunded since the package had yet to be delivered to the shipper and I was lied to. Today, 5 days after my cancellation request, received an email saying packing is being sent by a 'partner' in another state. Checked that tracking number, shipper awaiting package from seller. No way do I trust Charlotte's Web when their products seem to travel all over the U.S. and are never actually shipped. Lesson learned. Will notify my bank tomorrow I am disputing the charge since Charlotte's Web only response to my emails and voice mail was one canned response email stating if I want to cancel my order to call as cancellation by phone is faster. Says to me nobody at Charlotte's Web checks emails and a canned response focused on cancellation is a strong indication I'm not the only customer who has paid and hasn't received the merchandise.

Worst customer service. I was switching over from another company because their product quality was questionable.Lo and behold, CW is 10 times worse. No updates, no order, no response to emails. Supposedly there is "live chat" which is actually a bot. I am getting ready to dispute my purchase with the credit card company and move on. If you "need" this product find another company for your own peace of mind.

I have bought their CBD oil, 60 mg/ml, and have found the product useful to control my anxiety at night and to help me get back to sleep.If you order from them, pay the extra for 2nd day air as their ground service via USPS takes about 3 weeks. Do to Covid, their customer service is not good but they will call you back if you leave them your number. CW did pioneer the use of CBD oil so you can trust them.

Possibly the worst customer service experience ever. I ordered on October 23, 2020 the order never came.I called on November 4 and used call back option. Tried again a week later, nothing. I tried emails, and chats through December and January. I got a nonchalant call back on January 25. They are shipping a replacement but did nothing to address the 3 month wait time. "Oh yeah, we're just catching up on our calls. So sorry."

My sister's medical providers don't want her taking this stuff, she's hospitalized.I called CW to tell them to stop selling it to her, and they refused to honor my request. As a bartender in Illinois, such a request to stop selling liquor to somebody must be honored under the law and there are penalties for not doing so.
I had called to find out if "IT'S LEGAL TO SHIP TO TN" and asked for a reply in writing and here is what I got:
Good Afternoon,
Much like the consumption of poppy seeds may lead to a positive drug test for opioids, the consumption of certain hemp products may lead to a positive drug test for tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). THC is inherently present in trace amounts in hemp plants. The legal limit of THC in hemp is no more than 0.3%. Furthermore, the underlying science behind the conversion of certain cannabinoids, for example cannabidiol (CBD), when consumed, to other related cannabinoids, for example THC, is not yet fully understood. Although the risk is low, individual biochemistry, the possibility of conversion of cannabinoids and the possibility of trace, but legal, amounts of THC inherent in hemp products, we strongly suggest consulting your health care provider before consuming any hemp products if you are subject to drug testing.
Our product contains 0.3 % THC and is legal to sell in the United States.

This company helped me select the right product for my needs. They ship very quickly,especially considering the Covid-19 impact on the USPS.
Their product called:
“Hemp Extract-Infused Gummies for SLEEP” actually works like a charm! I got the raspberry flavor and it tastes like a gummie candy. Each serving has 10mg. Plant-Based Cannabinoids per serving that naturally relaxes; sleep comes easily. I can count on being sound asleep within 10minutes of chewing a serving.
Best yet, this is a vegan product!
