Worst internet service provider I have ever seen. Iv had better internet in third world countries.I don’t know how these people are still in business. If your lucky enough to get internet it shuts off every 10-15 minutes. And then takes 10 minutes to turn back on again.read more

If available, then extrem poor customer Service. Service desk does not know what they are talking about.It is always the Clients fault, they are not able to solve Problems.I´m more than fed up.

extremely poor customer service since the take over by t mobile. very poor and contradicting communication often outright rude - the customer is wrong until proven otherwise.billing seems at random. the connection got much worse too - generally much slower and all together 4days no internet connection at all within 9months. very unreliable. canceled my service and can only recommend everyone to do the same as companies like this should not be supported.read more
