I was at Chipotle west plaza, westborough. There was a little wait time to get the chicken ready which was fine.After waiting for 15 mins, they continued my order and added few sprinkles of it, I noticed and told them to add a little more, they did it and then they went to other stuff, they did the same for corn and the container was empty she added whatever last bits were remaining, pretended to forget to add cream which was again just a small tb spoon. I commented that they are out of everything for my order to which the person said if I want more (rudely).. what a disgusting experience!! You guys charge full but don’t want to stick to your usual quantities..

Well for a being a vegan chipotle really dropped the ball this time. I order my salad online and gotthe complete opposite order a steak bowl a nasty ass steak disgusting ass bowl now I go hungry for the night cuz chipotle workers can’t do the easiest job ever scoop the right ingredients in the right bowl like come on how easy is that it’s just pathetic honestly that I have to now walk in and watch them make my bowl so the children making the bowls can actually do it right NEVER ORDER ONLINE ALWAYS WATCH THESE KIDS MAKE YOUR BOWL OR BURRITO

Made an online order with Chipotle Mooresville NC, picked it up at the order station, receipt looked right,get home, bag is missing a Burrito and the wife’s bowl was missing Guacamole, literally the only reason she gets that, I will make it my mission to never eat at Chipotle again!

Ordered two bowls, chicken and Veggie both of them did not have Veg Fajita in them(most of the time they run out ),the bowls were loaded with rice (75%), and hardly any other ingredients in them, the chicken bowl had 7 to 8 pieces of chicken. I went to the North Wales Store in PA. Will not be going to Chipotle any more.

Chipotle usually doesn’t disappoint, but when I got my order, the rice was practically raw and hard,and the soft tortillas were rock solid. Very disappointed in the quality, especially with the long wait times.

I didn't complain about the extra 45 minutes we waited to get our food past our pick up time,but when I got home and opened our food was when I got upset. Nothing about our order was right from the meat they put on it to the items that were missing. We won't purchase again unless they open up or make sure they can read the order receipt....

This is a good store. They generally provide good food, at good prices, with good service.There were some problems with the workers wearing masks at the beginning of the pandemic, but I think they have gotten this problem resolved now. I go there frequently. Thank you Chipotles.
