Be Careful!! I SPENT 3K - RECEIVED NO CERTIFICATE

I have now received my certificate. I am very relieved and happy to finally have it.My thanks to all the cipd staff for their support. I SPENT OVER £3K AND I DID NOT GET A CERTIFICATE !! I took a Level 7 CIPD certificate online through ICS Learn. Upon passing of the certificate program my results were passed on to CIPD. CIPD then informed me that I must purchase membership inorder for my certificate to be printed, and so I did... I was then told that a certificate would be posted to me within 14 days. The 14 days became months, I kept calling and emailing for about 2 months to be exact and I only got excuses. I wrote a complaint to their complaints department and I received no response. It has now been 2 years since I received my grades, yet the certificate is non existent. I've spent a bomb on phone bills, not to mention the time and frustration cost me. Early March 2021 I contacted the CIPD again to tell them that my certificate never arrived. I was told that I would receive a copy of it on the phone, but and again I am getting a series of excuses instead of a certificate! I am sure they are hoping I will forget my request. My request was placed on the 3rd of March to be exact, it is now 5th April.
