Not a good experience. I order and paid for 25% promotion, the money was taken but no email to confirm.I emailed them and they said sorry, refunded and gave me 20% discount code. I thought the promotion was not so different, ok, I placed another order, it took soooooo loooooooong to arrive. The first unhappiness was that when I opened the parcel, one of the boxes of the products was open, this isn't a big deal and it doesn't affect the quality, yes, but this doesn't make your customers happy, I had a doubt, that maybe that product wasn't in a good condition anymore! Secondly, instead of giving me the sample that I have chosen as a gift, they gave me sth else, I feel like they really don't care about their customers, and it might be ok to give me randomly whatever sample available in their store??? So why did you ask me to choose???
I have been using their products for 6 years and I am happy with these products, but sorry, my experience in Italy is not good at all! However if they pay a more attention, they absolutely can make it better.

I usually love Clinique products and have been a customer for 44 years. The Clinique Canada website,not so much. I wrote a review that described my recent experience with this website, and it topped 1,000 words. The précis: a website I find frustrating; an online chat service that doesn't always work, for me; and a phone line that somehow breaks me up, a problem I don't have with other numbers; problems with an order I found difficult to resolve. I'm not sure whether I'll continue to buy Clinique anywhere, but for me the online store isn't worth the grief.

Horrible customer service. I’m a genius member for years which also gives you free next day delivery.The checkout system is very random sometimes will show up as free next day or sometimes as standard. When queried with customer service goes to me” nothing I can do for you. They are very very rude staff. This happens twice now that delivery issue. Big order made Monday 8th, was meant to be next day, nothing until fought with useless customer service on Thursday 11th to get a Royal Mail tracked 48 on Friday 12th but Today we are the 17th and still no delivery. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere avoid them. This is my last order with them after 5/6 orders every year for the last 5 years. Shame on them. Mother’s Day gift absolutely ruined this year , made my little girl in tears.

I just bought the new Clinique Even Better Clinical™ Serum Foundation at Wing On Sheung Wan!The service was great although I would've loved to try the foundation first before buying it. But because of restrictions such as removing the mask in public, it's understandable. The sales associate was helpful and the transaction was quick. Will buy from them again!

I started using Clinique products about ten years ago. It happened by accident in Boots Chemist.I volunteered to sit in a chair and try their liquid foundation. The results were amazing. I`ve never used a liquid foundation before but it worked a miracle on my older skin. Our skin reflects the passage of time. I have some thread veins and sometimes rosacea on my face. This Clinique foundation is the only product on the market that will completely cover this up. It can easily take 10 to 15 years off my age, when I apply it. Much cheaper than paying for the services of a plastic surgeon! The products are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Judging by the bad reviews ( poor/bad 79% ) its a problem with online rather than in the stores. They need to sort this out because the products are excellent. The little free samples are very welcome. Just some trivia for you. Apparently Margaret Thatcher used Clinique. She wouldn`t use anything else. Before entering politics, she qualified as a chemist. I should imagine that she was familiar with the ingredients that went into making the products and so was confident enough to use the brand Clinique for her make-up. I`m no chemist but if you have aging skin and would like to "turn back the hands of time" a little, then Clinique is the product for you.

I am surprised that Clinique has not created a wide range variety of blush. It seems that the only option available was the limited edition shades."Cheek pop palette: cool down" it is just acceptable, come with 3 colors the highlighter, contour and color. I am a loyal make up costumer and It would be nice if you can make an educated shopping. For example, if you are using "the even better makeup #...." your options of blush would be between here and here". I felt that costume service on their website need to be more helpful and help people to get what is the right fit for them by providing an amazing shopping experience.
