App and website have different information. Called customer service and was transferred around to 4 different numbers,hung up on, give numbers that had nothing to do with what I wanted, was transferred to random states' coach lines, and I eventually had to give up and take a gamble on which source of information was correct. I recently complained about a shipment taking forever and was accused of choosing "delayed ground shipment" OMG!Has some new wacko management taken over Coach? No refund as per requested and no relief suggested. This over a $36 wallet. What if I purchased a $600 purse?read more

I ordered two purses for Christmas. One came, I didn’t like so I shipped it to Florida.The other which is the actual gift, is on the way. Even though it was guaranteed to be here BEFORE Christmas. It’s Christmas Eve and we’ll, NO present for my sis. She won’t fuss however, Coach shouldn’t guarantee products will be delivered by any date if they don’t know that for sure. For the time I continuously checked for updates I should be compensated. I called twice and was told just last week that it would definitely be here by 12/24. Well, it’s 11:01 and the last rep I spoke to couldn’t tell me when but it would be delivered. I’m going out of town and don’t want packages sitting on my front porch while I am gone. I have never purchased a Coach purse and I will never again. Part of my hopes my sister doesn’t like it so I can send it back,m; that’s just how disgusted I am with the company.read more

I purchased a bag 22 days ago as a gift ( online)! AND YESTERDAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING IT IS OUT OF STOCK!AFTER 3 WEEKS!AND the worse part is they send me 5 emails everyday promoting the same item but at a higher price! Never saw anything like that in my whole life (72)AND Coach is supposed to be a high-end company with HUGE profit margins. Unbeliavable!read more

I called tonight regarding changes to my order and spoke to Jed employee number 72021.After he refused to cancel my order he became extremely disrespectful towards my religion and hung up on me twice. After calling back a second time for steps on filing a complaint he stated “use the two things in your head that God gave you to find it” and hung up again. I take my spirituality very seriously and this deeply offended me to my core. I made this order as a treat for my birthday and it is completely ruined by this interaction. I can only hope that this interaction isn’t a representation of the values and equality that Coach stands for. I am requesting a supervisor call me back so I can issue a formal complaint of discriminatory practices conducted by a Coach employeeread more

1 star is one to many. The bus service is awful. When they do show up, they are usually late.There can be as many as 30 people standing and waiting for over 30 minutes past the scheduled arrival time. If you have other commuting options, take them instead. Just awfulread more
