Worst customer service and cheapest…

Worst customer service and cheapest products! I spent a lot of money purchasing bowls and cups and utensils with this company.Almost all of our bowls cracked WHILE eating smoothies out of them. The bamboo cups started to split about 15 minutes after having water in them. Coconut Bowls requested I email pictures as proof then sent me replacements that arrived broken. I then emailed them pics of these items and since everything was so broken threw them in the trash as one does. They are refusing to refund my money unless I mail all the broken items back on my dime which they know were already in the trash weeks ago! What do people do when things break? They just keep saying they can send me more replacements which I do not want. They rarely respond by email, they blocked me from Facebook messenger and they refuse to have a manager call me. There are too many better companies out there to waste money on this one.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS, SEEMS THIS iS A SCAM. I ordered with them at the end of December 2020,it is now well into February 2021 and I have not received anything. I emailed them with no response so I resent the email when someone called Ronald emailed me back asking for my address which was already in the emails so I assume he was stalling so someone else would pick up the email and respond to me. I have send four more emails since with no response. Seems they are running a scam. Don't let them steal from you, shop elsewhere.

I have made 2 orders so far from this website and had no issues. The first order came and one thingwas missing and the customer service were friendly and accommodating and shipped the missing part straight away. The products are really good quality and are really nice to use. And it's nice knowing they have come from eco friendly materials. Definitely will continue to grow my coconut utensil collection!

I wish I read these reviews before I placed an order!! I received my bowls but not my EBOOK and despite every possible effort to contact CUSTOMER SERVICE on all platforms (email,Facebook and Instagram) not only have my messages not been answered but they've not even bothered with reading it! If you value your time, do not place an order, there are other more reputable companies out there that provide a way better service, which I now regret not supporting!

Never received the package!!

I had bought from Coconut Bowls a year or 2 ago and didn't have any issues at all,I received my package and was really happy with the bowls. I decided to buy some more bowls from them this year and I never received the package. To make matters worse, the package has been shown as Delivered which means no one from the company is willing to help me, they say it's between the post office and me but the post office tells me it's up to the sender to intervene. I've been at home this whole time because of Covid so I would know if the package had been delivered! Terrible experience and I'm disappointed as I was an advocate for the brand before this. Won't shop with them again, I've just lost money and never received my package.
