Worst WiFi service ever

Worst WiFi service ever, small house, one 2 users, and we even turn everything off. I constantly run speed tests,call in and it always the same BS they promos one thing and deliver another. Now my exterior signal is bad. There’s some wind (nothing crazy) but the screen is blacking out with a strong signal. I spent 3-4 hours on the phone, got hung up on when transferred and then told $100 for someone to come out if I did not trouble shoot for the 5th time... I lost me stuff and am switching to At&T

1 rep needlessly rude by hanging up, 2nd rep helpful but Day 2 issue still not resolved

The 1st customer service rep hung up on me after 1 minute when I told her have already done the standard reboot,connection, etc and I was being really nice. She obviously didn't want to take the time to go through it im guessing bc she was probably going to just send a tech out. I called back n new rep worked with me for an hour n still not resolved, she was very nice and did her best I think.The day before (which is why I called again) the same thing, rep hung up, 2nd rep disconnected but called right back. The issue was partially resolved and only for about 2 hours til inexplicably network goes down. I dont think the reps are really trained on troubleshooting...just unplug, reboot,...I have to cut them off when they say my phone, 2 laptops, Roku, Firestick must be defective...yeah, all of a sudden 6 devices stop connecting at once..gimme a break.

Xfinity Comcast whatever you call them they are the worst internet company on the face of the planeti went to Jamaica for vacation and there service is better than this piece of crap Xfinity Comcast whatever you call them I pay for 1000mb and I’m not even getting 300mb like there crooks they did all this bullsh!t diag and still bullsh!t bullsh!t bullsh!t !!! Xfinity internet is so bad that you lag in real life if you go to take a p*ss in the bathroom you’ll end up p*ssing in the couch the only reason I got this company was because Verizon did not have service at my location horrible then they have the nerve to raise there service every year this should be illegal.

I have never had such a frustrating experience in trying to reach a live technical person at Xfinity.I had a router question that was finally answered by a rather rude customer service representative. I have been with Xfinity for 12 years. i expected better treatment. The company needs to do better if they expect future loyalty from me.

I can't express the dissatisfaction I have with Comcast...what a darn mess. I had awful internet service so switched from residential to business.More money worse service so, within the 30 day trial window, I cancelled and went back to residential. Now..trying to get my money back has been a nightmare. The statement shows 0 payment however, it should show what i paid on 4/30. No ONE at Comcast can figure it out. I have been transferred 4 times and still no resolution. BTW...second day in a row trying to get it fixed, 6 people and on hold again...

Worst customer service imaginable. You might as well just talk to a wall. You call them,they pretend to know what they're doing, say they'll take care of it, and then don't. Over and over and over and over again. I have wasted SO much time.
