Pathetic policy for current balance with a "date of expiry". I don't understand how/why would my balance "expire" .Is it food ? No, I don't want to top up all of my sims every 3 months but I have to in order to keep using them .

Disgusting customer service. If you have what’s up you are supposed to call a number for customer support (it is also written in their policies)but when you do, you are told that they are not able to assist you as you don’t have a contract. Also, when you are run out of MB or minutes they don’t notify you on time, and as a result they charge extra of any available money you left inside. Better go with Wind or Vodafone. At least I will, soon.

Total scammers!!! I asked for an upgrade on my connection, they said it wouldn't even notice anything until I had faster internet.My connection is lost for a whole day now, they have me some extra data which are very slow for some strange reason. I am calling 13888 which is the only way to contact them and it is a paid way. After the automatic reply tells me that they are looking to solve my issue it hangs up. I managed to talk with someone after a lot of paid tries and he told me he would connect me to done there colleague and hanged up too. Please avoid!! Total scam!!

By far the worst telecommunications provider in Europe. Extremely rude and "foxy" customer service.Technicians with limited knowledge and very incompetent. Shady internet & mobile contract agreements with their clients, mafia practices in case you decide to leave and choose another provider.

The worst customer service ever, they had me on hold for 34 minutes and 23 seconds,i was charged by my landline provider 13 euros for listening to their hold music and nobody answered my call.
