I’ve been with CouponCabin since 2017 and I just had the most awful experience with the most rude condescending “customer service” rep named Frankie W.Senior customer success associate. I messaged saying that I find it unfair that we can’t back out of a claim once it’s clicked even if it’s an accident and then you can’t use another one for 30-90 days which makes the app useless, I grazed it by accident on my phone and it accidentally clicked it and I didn’t want that so I messaged and said I think it’s unfair and this was his response: then after saying no you can’t do that to me for voicing a concern and I’ll sue them if they close my account without my permission or paying me what’s owed to me all because I messaged a complaint this Sydney person immediately sent this and now my account is blocked they totally took advantage of their power and stole money from me that I can’t access now that my account is blocked :

I'm disappointed to hear that you think we're not a reputable company, and that we'd do something so deceitful. That just isn't how we operate. Please know that CouponCabin has been in business for over 17 years now and has over 11 million happy members.
That said, if this is your opinion of us, I'd be happy to close your account and issue you a final payment for your $18.33 in pending cash back. This is usually a 30-day process; however, once you have provided the U.S. mailing address where this final payment can be sent, we will escalate this to our Chief Financial Officer to try to get a final payment processed within the next two business days. Since the last thing we want to do is continue to frustrate you, if I do not hear back from you by this time tomorrow, I will move forward with the account closure process.

Gaslighting at its finest do not do business with them because this is how you’ll be treated.There’s way better cash back apps check the App Store & they have excellent customer service & wouldn’t ever handle anything this way, so far at least. I literally had a complaint about a mistake and they took it so personally that I have to keep my mouth shut if I wanna use their app…yeah no.
This was how they helped me with an innocent mistake and their attitude escalated it completely. Do not do business with them they treat people awful, use Rakuten, Dosh, ibotta, Retailmenot, BeFrugal, TopCashback they always work not only once every three months and they’re so kind and would never treat me this way or haven’t yet. I’m shocked at how this was turned on me, this Frankie person takes customer opinions and inquiries way too personal and immediately wants to get rid of ya. I’ve never been treated this way especially over something that wasn’t even my fault or something that could thatve been easily solved for a customer who’s been with them since March 2017.
....Oh and to respond to their response, see how sneaky she’s being acting like I just randomly cussed her out & that’s what started this,shows what liars they are. I was very professional until her last rude email &my account was blocked, money earned gone,then I simply replied f*** you.I meant it. But I didn’t use any foul language until they blocked my account & made me feel helpless & they stole the money they’d owed me. So yes, after being treated this way then blocked from responding further & ganged up on I said f*** you. Who cares you’d parted our ways, I never would have if I wasn’t pushed. Enjoy your loopholes in the laws that make you feel invincible.You’re not ;)
