Whilst the product is great the after care service is not so good I purchase densifying foam in Decemberbut did not use it until this week upon using it it wouldn’t come out as foam but water I emailed the company and they said as I purchased it in December they offered 25% of a new purchase but couldn’t replace it I said this wasn’t good enough does that mean that the product turns to water after 3 months well it certainly doesn’t as the previous one I used was started 6 months after I purchased it and it was fine perfect foam it is expensive but last a long time so I have since found other outlets for bam beautiful and will go there in future after care service naff

This is the second time I have placed an order, the last time was back in early 2019,when an order worth nearly £70 vanished into thin air. Creighton's cheerfully informed me that I'd been carded and as far as they were concerned that was the end of it. Royal Mail refused to do anything without the magical card, it was all a really horrible and unnecessarily stressful experience.
I decided after much deliberation to place another order, they do make some of my favourite "every day" products, their Humble beauty products especially, and I placed my order, got a despatch notice, to my relief it was a different courier to the last debacle.
Well dear reader, this is another order that has gone AWOL, Hermes sent me an email after almost a fortnight telling me that I had to get in touch with the company I'd ordered from. So I did. Not getting a reply after 4 days I emailed again, and got a rather abrupt response. I don't really understand what has happened, the goods apparently were returned to the warehouse after failed delivery attempts which is nonsense as Hermes themselves are saying they never attempted the delivery. If they knew these goods were returned I really think they as the vendor need to let the customer know. I have worked in customer services myself, including for a courier firm and I am struggling to understand how the customer is responsible for chasing this up. I've requested a refund through PayPal, I am really disappointed as I do love their products, but having been burned twice I really can't recommend purchasing from them directly.

I really like Creightons products, The goods are Really reasonably priced and smell lovely,all my daughters and granddaughters really like them, also free postage when spending over £20.

My order arrived very quickly which is a positive.
However, I contacted c/s and have had slow or Non existent replies.Their website clearly states that delivery if free over £20 but it was charging me delivery.
I then spent over £30 to be able to get free delivery. I feel this is poor and I’m not happy I had to do this.
In the middle of a pandemic I don’t feel comfortable returning items but I also feel I shouldn’t have to foot the bill for Creightons inadequacies.

Ordered 4 items for friends birthdays coming up next month, order came extremely quickly,within 2 days of ordering. They also sent me a mystery bag, Wow Thank you so much, I love it, in it was Ashworth and Claire Rose & Peony Bath Salts & a Trio of Sops, Balance Snake Venom Eye Cream and Creightons Hygiene Hand wash and Hand cream, all normal sizes, not trial sizes and all for me! What a lovely surprise, It brightened up my day as I love it all, Thank you so much again!
Will definitely be buying again in the future!

I wrote a review on this company before trying the products. They were quick and fixed any problems I had quickly.The grapefruit face mask I got is great for taking off makeup but if you want it as just a facemask it’s ok but not the best, I feel it wouldn’t do much for your skin. The same with the serums their ok at most they go on my skin fine the price is ok. Even the eyecreams are just ok. The lip masks didn’t really do anything to my lips my lips weren’t plump or really soft after using the lip mask they just felt the same. The items I used from the website are just ok and good if your on a budget. Would I buy from this website again? Probably not I just wanted to try the face mask.

Received prompt order confirmation by email and fast delivery of items. I am a big fan of their Pure Touch range at the moment for obvious reasons,which includes santisers and an antiviral handcream! I also use their Balance Active Formula Gold Collagen Serum - even though I am a guy ;)
