After a lengthy back and forth Cyberport finally helped to solve the issue so here is a 3 star review to help against the previous 1 star review I gave them.It should not have taken months to solve the issue but at least they eventually got around to it.

Read this before making a purchase

I decided to assemble a new PC and wanted to order all of the components from Cyberport for the first time.All of the parts were available except for 1 part which has been labelled as "available within 3 to 10 days". Based on this "3 to 10 days" I made the first part of the purchase on 10th of May (1 am). Now 25th of the month is finished and still, the purchase status shows: "Liefertermin ist derzeit unbestimmt". This is while I can see the product is available on other online shops and I wish I had done my purchase from somewhere else. Even worse: I made my second purchase on 15th of May and both parts were fully available (in green). After placing the purchase, one of them became unavailable and up to the moment that I am writing this, it is still unavailable!! So basically this means I have ordered an incomplete PC for which 2 major components fail without any trace of delivery. Emails are simply ignored and I haven't received any responses to any of them. I sent 2 messages using their contact form which is left unanswered. This is the type of customer support you can expect as a customer spending thousands of Euros on their website. I also called Austria's office and they were not helpful at all. The only thing they did was partially sending my purchase without any response for the failing parts. I will post this review across multiple platforms to keep customers well-informed about the type of service they should expect and will initiate a full return of all the products I have purchased, if I don't receive any updates about my purchase in the next few days. Components are of no use for me without the missing parts and I use them as decorative at the moment. Haven't even opened them.

Express delivery is not express at all

Product was marked as immediately available. I booked and paid express delivery, expecting that I should have it in my hands max.24 hours later (I live in a big city, not too far from their storage facility), but I learned that they handed it to the logistics provider as standard delivery. Also, AFTER ordering I received an email how difficult everything is because of Covid and that there are major delays in everything. They also said they have no insight where the delivery after I ordered, all outsourced, and pushed all questions to the logistics firm. The logistics provider received the 'express' information from Cyberport nearly 24 hours after ordering. 36 ours after ordering, the logistics firm told me they don't know when the product will arrive, I should keep checking their website. Close to the weekend, I now expect delivery 4-5 days after ordering. When I asked whether the process can be stopped and that I instead go to a store for pickup they said this is not possible.

Today my Dell All in One pc arrived.

Today my Dell All in One pc arrived. The Display was already damaged. So i Tool the phone and called the service.Although I have the right to send it back without any comments within a 14 day period, the customer support told me that they don't take it back unless I send them pictures of the damaged display. I was not very satisfied with this, but I decided to take the pictures and send them. After a few minutes I received an automaticall Email. It said it will take approximately 1 week to check the pictures and when the check is done they will send me the retour paper. I have never heard of something similar. Cyber port I think I will not order again. Sincerely A.K.

Broken TV received

Update 8 days later: The broken TV has been picked up, and still no news regarding a replacement.This leaves me back to where I've been for the last 21 days. I have no TV, Cyberport has my money, and I'm using way too much energy on customer support trying to end the nightmare that is dealing with Cyberport. ------------------------------------------------------ This is the second time I've been displeased with an order from Cyberport. 11 days ago, I ordered a decently sized TV. Despite living close to Cyberport, we decided to pay 80 EUR shipping (Which I found rather a high fee), as we don't have a car, and the apartment doesn't have a fitting lift. We called delivery agent on Monday to arrange the handover. We agreed on a delivery between 9 and 14 on Tuesday. This would be perfect, and we made sure that both me and my girlfriend were home at this point in time. My girlfriend rescheduled an important doctors-meeting to 14:45, to ensure that nothing would go wrong, and we were two people home at the time. However, at 14:20 - 20 minutes after the latest agreed upon time - there was still no delivery, and she had to leave. 14:40 the TV was finally delivered, by an older looking gentleman, that wasn't capable of carrying the goods himself. So I went out to help him carry it (Parked decently far from the door). As soon as it was delivered to the doorstep - Still two floors from where it was ordered to - he left; leaving me to struggle with it alone. HOWEVER, the thing that outraged me the most, was how badly mangled the package was. Despite "Vorsichtig Behandlen" being plastered on the package, it is dirty, badly dinged, and even missing one of the plastics holding the tv in place, and ensuring safe transport. After 40 minutes of struggling, with the help from some kind neighbours, I finally got up to the apartment. A few hours later, my girlfriend finally got home, and we were excited to unpack the television. This excitement quickly turned to horror, as we removed the outer shell. We immediately noticed that the main ding in front was gone all the way through, even through the innermost piece of cardboard, and to the screen. However, as the monitor didn't seem to be scathed of this, we carefully assembled the rest. Not until we turned it on, we saw that the entire picture was broken, and the inside of the screen was cracked. I took a bunch of photos of this and sent it to customer service. They aim to reply within a week; which needless to say is unacceptable, after already having waited 12 days. So I tried calling them, but the customer Service couldn't speak english. Got by with broken german, that my only course of action, was to wait and see if they will reply my email. As it currently stands, we have a big, heavy, and expensive, piece of garbage taking up space in our apartment. Furthermore, Even after having sent 5 email, and a long phone-conversation, I'm non-the-wiser on how this can be resolved.

1 Star is still too much. We picked out the products, only because you said 'sofort Lieferbar'.But now it says, 'Liefertermin unbestimmt'. What the heck is that??????? What we can do is just sit and waiting??? Wonderful. Too typical german.
