I received a package full of damaged books and initially received a message from them asking me if Iwanted a refund or replacements a couple of weeks later.
Since then they have proceeded to completely ignore me for over a month. I have sent them multiple emails since with no response and it's obvious they have absolutely no intention of making it right.
Bottom line: They're counting on the books being too heavy and expensive to send back. They've got my money and I'm SOL, to hell with providing anything remotely resembling good customer service.
Someone should inform these amateurs that you need REPEAT business from SATISFIED customers in order to stay in business and maintain a good reputation.
What more can I say other than to strenuously recommend you resist the temptation to give them a try and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.read more
Failed delivery and even worse customer service

I placed my order on the 7th of July, and my order was dispatched on the 16th. No problem there.Then I received an email on the 23rd saying that my book had been delivered to the wrong address, that it was now out of stock and would I prefer I refund. I asked how long it would take for them to order a new copy, as that is my preference. I've now sent three emails and have not received a reply to any of them. It has been 2 weeks since they told me they lost my order and 4 weeks since I paid for the book, with no sign that a replacement will ever be sent. I'd ordered it for someone's birthday (which has since passed), so it's been a disaster all round.read more
