Wendy invited me and my ex husband for dinner last night! I enjoyed my dinner because Wendy had a great attitude.Didn't wait long and the food was very fresh. I think she's an Awesome manager not to mention the food was a great price. I really hope they become 24 hours. Im diabetic. The food was served quickly. She was eager to assist since I had a medical issue. Her attitude made me feel wanted.
Five stars for her excellent service!

Me and my family came here on mother's day. We've been her for. Over 3 hours. More people have came in and have gotten their food before us.They keep saying it's gonna take longer. But three mins it too long. Me and my family will not be eating at this Denny's again ever. ??

I ordered for curb side. I called when i arrived and no one anwsered. I along with other people were waiting for someone to come.After around 5 mins 2 waitresses came up front didnt acknowledge us and were doing something at the register. Walked away and still didnt say anything to anyone. Waited more time and finally went by the kitchen and asked if someone would be coming to help us. A waitress came out and said who is here for dining. Walked away went to a table and then finally asked what my name was. To top it off i didnt get my toast and drinks and didnt even say thank you. There is s definetly a need for some customer service retraining at this location.

I went to the Denny's in Midland, TX & although there was a mixup on our order once Omar C.,Manager was made aware of it he apologized and made it right. I haven't experienced that kind of Customer Service in a long time and it is so important to us and I hope it is a policy of Denny's. Omar is an asset to them. Laura B.

April 2021 went to Denny's 6480 I35 North in Ft. Worth. Service was extremely bad,overcharged on drinks & everything hash browns. Coffee was cold and by the time food was on the table then the to go silverware brought to us the food was lukewarm. Had to ask for syrup 3 times. Questioned the cashier when paying and was told our check was correct. Called corporate, it took a 2nd call to escalate our complaint per the first call instructions. Manager finally called us & asked why we called corporate instead of the restaurant. I explained to the manager the extremely bad service & the $11.00 overcharge was 2 adult soft drinks on check rang up as 6 kids drinks plus 2 everything hash browns menu price was $1.00 each & each individual item was added to our check & rang up separately resulting in a total $11.00 overcharge. She was going to contact regional manger about refund & we have never heard back.
