Just called in DeWalt Edmonton. My hammer drill is acting up and still under warranty.The guy never talked about anything which can help me in a rush to send me an authorized DeWalt repair guys so DeWalt Edmonton don't have to do anything!! And repair guys charge for what they fix... First time ever I called in and this is what I get. Garbage costumer service!!! Can't claim warranty

dewalt was promising a free battery with every garden product in the flexvolt range brought a chainsawonly to find they would not honor the promotion despite my argument that you would not use a chainsaw in doors
then brought a tool from usa they will not honor any warranty when i went to registrar it, really is THE WORST back up from Dewalt head office and service dept they don,t want to know CUSTOMER SERVICE UK START GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER WORLD WIDE COMPANY HOW ABOUT WORLD WIDE SUPPORT AND SERVICE NOT WHAT YOU THINK YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH WHICH IS VERY LITTLE IN THE UK WAS THINKING OF SOME MAJOR PURCHASES THIS YEAR IT WONT BE DEWALT THATS FOR SURE MAKITA FROM NOW ON JUST COST YOURSELVES AT LEAST 4 GRAND HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY

I have used Dewalt tools in the past with decent success so I took a chance on a clearance 6gal pancake compressor at HD.Took a year to be able to afford tools for it due to unforeseen health problems in the family, at which time I opened the box and tried it out. An aluminum face plate bent inside the pressure indicator when pressure built up in the compressor and wouldn’t allow the pressure indicator needle to move freely, eliminating my ability to discern the tank pressure, which made it impossible to use without potentially damaging my tools. I called for service; they said I’d have to pay for all parts and labor. Never works once properly and they don’t guarantee a thing. Skip it. Buy quality tools and save your cash.

I have used a lot of dewalt tools. I took a chance and bought a dewalt 60gal air compressor. 6 months later,the motor went out for some reason. Ive only used it a handful of times. I called dewalt cs and they shipped me a motor right away. Sucks it went out so quick, but thanks for standing behind it! Hopefully it was a fluke.

Well I have used DeWalt power tools for about 5 years now and I'm very pleased with the performanceof the tools however the battery model number DCB 203 in my opinion is junk this is the battery with the charge meter they came with my purchase the DeWalt drill and impact gun and also came with my combo pack I purchased after about two months these batteries will no longer hold a charge for longer than four or five minutes and it only took 10 minutes to show a full charge these batteries if they haven't already should be taken off the market I have three of these batteries that are no good to replace them was going to cost me around $300
