Wow...worst customer service EVER. Nonresponsive and totally do not care about their customers.Will not honor their OWN promotional code that was sent to me by Dior.com themselves! What? Are you serious? Save yourself some trouble and a maddening experience. Avoid. Also, I have noticed a sharp decline in the quality of their products recently. Be very careful when ordering online! Bags are NOT the same quality as they used to be.

Item went missing in transit they refuse to help. …

Ordered a product and when it arrived the package was a bit damaged on opening it I discovered it wasn't just a bit battered the item had been removed from it.Called customer service they asked for images so I sent them including one actually taken by the courier showing the damage. It's taken weeks of back and forth before the decision was made that cctv in the warehouse shows all items being dispatched therefore they will do nothing. Avoid like the plague.

Would give -100 stars if I could!!!!!!!!!! Had a terrible experience shopping online with Dior.All was fine with my parcel until it reached UPS! I don’t blame Dior fully for this but they must take responsibility for these things. I believe my parcel was stolen by someone at UPS like most off these reviews. UPS say the parcel is missing a commercial invoice that is why they are unable to send the parcel, however when I spoke to a Dior advisor on the phone,Dior advisor also told me that this happens often and they are having problems with UPS! Then WHY are they using this courier service who are thief’s, head office sent out the missing invoice. I don’t believe there was ever a missing invoice more that the parcel was stolen. I have since contacted my bank. Which I would advise you all to do as Dior will take 30 days to investigate and not refund you. I paid £2,400 for a bag I never got. Dior customer service is extremely poor and UPS should be sued for theft. I will be contacting any service that will help me including Trading Standards and the rest.

Some Dior bags have a warranty card, which should be stamped by the shop that sold the bag.My warranty card was blank. After asking customer service to investigate, I was told that “they would not do anything about it because the receipt is a proof that it is a genuine”. - what if I want to give it away as a gift? what if I want to sell it second hand in the future? This was really inconsiderate. This is clearly their fault. In a store, they would remediate this immediately. However, it seems the people working in the door.com customer service are just lazy.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE.very bad customer service.ordered a bag, came two weeks later. Didnt like it,colour was different to image on website. Returned it. The bag came back on my doorstep 2 and a half weeks later, due to Dior not sending me the proper paperwork. Annoyed and frustrated at the huge negligence. Wrote an email. No response. Abysmal. Wouldnt give any stars. Zero. Been 2months have had no refund back. No acknowledgement of my formal complaint. Nothing. In comparison ordered something from gucci was here within 2 days. Whereas, Dior took 2 weeks for the bag to be delivered. Will never buy from Dior again..EVER!!

Would give a zero if I could. It's an update on Christmas Present that they substituted the bonus gift - from Makeup bag and make up testers (for my wife)to one ladies tester perfume, two mens tester perfumes and a luggage label... Not at all happy. Their eventual response.... after may be 6 weeks chasing.... sorry, there is nothing that can be done but we will let the department responsible know. USELESS. Everyone seems to be saying DOIR's customer serivce sucks.... and they do not care. If you care about your purchase and want DIOR... go to a physical store where you may get a better experience... else expect the worst! DIOR -you are welcome to challenge my review... or try to put it right, all you have to do is contact me... but I know you won't!

I will give 0 star if possible. To add to previous reviews with similar experience.UPS lost the item and I firstly asked Dior to find out what's going on. Later because it had been too long I asked for a refund. The order was placed on 31st Jan, today is 17th Mar and they still say they are waiting for investigation result. My point is, no matter what happens with your investigation, you can see from UPS record that item was not delivered. So you have no right to keep my money. Customer service line is a disaster too. Drops out automatically after 6 mins waiting on the line listening to the worst music ever. You can only get through if someone picks up the phone before 6 mins expires. Is there no regulator in charge for this?

Disgusting service Two issues to complain about.... I received my package and it was empty,no ring inside! I called Their 0207 number to report it immediately. I had to follow this up three times and nothing was done, then last week I thought I was finally getting somewhere only to receive an email saying “We are unable to process the complaint as the investigation shows no stock gap”. I find it hard to believe this was actually looked into at all. It is simply not good enough! When I spend £240 on a ring I expect to receive it. Or to be issued some type of compensation? I have been offered nothing apart from apologies. I sent photos of the empty box and I have now posted the box back to France via UPS. My second issue Whilst on a call to UPS organising for my empty box to be collected, I asked them to track another Dior order as it was weeks late. It now appears the parcel has been lost! So I have had to raise a claim via UPS now, this really was the icing on the cake for me. So basically I have spent over £400 with what I thought was one of the most prestigious and beautiful brands in the world, turns out I get better treatment from Amazon. I will never order from Them again, I simply can’t stand the anxiety of placing an order worrying it won’t arrive! They asked me to send a hand written letter to France to appeal this, I am not waiting for a letter to be received then to be told it was not sent or that nothing can be done. I find it absolutely disgusting service an I am so angry about this situation. Nothings been done, I now have to chase UPS up on their investigation over my missing parcel! They should be ashamed!
