First I just want to say I NEVER fill out reviews because I know it can hurt a company and I am extremely busy.If I can help one person then it is worth it! I met Doctor.com at the Las Vegas Aesthetic show. My husband and I talked to a sales rep at their booth. I told them I was wanting help with Google and Yelp reviews. They told me they had a special contract with Google. They said they had this device that they placed in the doctors office to write reviews. When a customer writes a review the review would automatically go to Google and Yelp. My husband and I asked in details and repeated everything they said to make sure we fully understood. I ended up paying 3500.00 for a year of this service. I was told this was a one year purchase! After 2 months I found out no company has a contract with Google to do this. I was very upset and called the company. I told them what I was told at the aesthetic show and they could only tell me sorry. I told them I wanted to cancel the service! I also said do not charge my card for another year in case I missed something. I was already lied to once. I was told they would not charge me without my permission. I also texted my account rep Sean Myloe and told him I was upset and was lied to. I told him I wanted to cancel this account. Well a year has passed and I was looking at my credit card statement. They charged me another 3500.00. I immediately called Doctor.com and said they charged me again and the account was closed. The customer service said I have to talk to my account rep Sean Myloe. I called him and left several messages. I have text him several times and no response. Now I am disputing the charge taking more of my time! I would not use this company.read more
