I had a great experience with customer service. I had a reaction to the facial mask.When I let them know they reviewed all the products I was using and explained why I was having an issue. They sent products for me to use while my skin readjusted. Very prompt responses and shipping.read more

Customer service was not good. She was first attentive when i first told her about my package being delivered to another address.She had me wait for fedex investigation to then send a replacement. The deodorant cause irritation and made my skin red AF, it burned for over a week.The deodorant was all over the lid when I opened it and it doesn't stay clean.
I don't really used deodorant and I really wanted to find one good for my skin, I tried dove etc...I was using one from old spice cause its the only one that hasn't burn and turn my armpits dark.
Yes, I've tried many during my teenage years and all of them failed me, but after seen this product to be "good" I decide to invest on it, since I haven't used anything in years besides old spice once in a while, but this is the most HORRIBLE deodorant I ever tried.
To make it more clear, I did not used it right/after shaving or combined it with other products, I also use neutral soap bar. I had the burn on my skin for over a week and the dark color after for two months.
Girls with sensitive skin DO NOT TRY IT, DO NOT PLAY GAMES HERE!!! Get one from old spice (bear love smells good) and it doesn't burn your skin AF.read more

Disgusting, offensive customer service. I loved their products but will never purchase again.I purchased their expensive Trunk 3.0 for the holidays and the included skincare fridge died within a few months. I reached out and they said they were sold out so there was nothing they could do. I said that I understood, but I was very disappointed because the fridge was a huge reason I purchased the set and asked if there was anything else that could be done to help. They ignored me for several weeks, so I contacted them again on email and social media. On Instagram they pretended to be concerned in the comments, but ignored all of my private messages after asking me to send my previous correspondence. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect this fridge in a $450 set to last longer than a few months, and that I should not keep getting ignored when I'm being patient and understanding in trying to come up with a fair solution. All I was asking was for some sort of acknowledgement and something to help make up for the fact that I could not get this item replaced, such as a coupon or a small credit toward a new purchase. Instead, they essentially scolded me for reaching out and insisted they had done everything they could to help and I was being unreasonable. They refunded some previous smaller orders I had placed with them and scolded me in the process of doing so, even though I hadn't asked them to do that and had just wanted some help regarding the fridge. A couple of months later I tried to give them another chance and placed an order, only to find out a few days later they had canceled it when I went to check on its status (and they did not email me or do anything to let me know it had been canceled). I'm assuming I've been blacklisted without my knowledge. These products are way too expensive to treat customers like this. I've spent thousands on this company's products but was treated like a freeloader. Previously I was happy to pay for good quality products, but there are plenty of less expensive dupes I can use that don't come with insults and terrible, entitled customer service.
