I purchased a ''leather army dress'' on sale from dsquared2.com (£865) Designer style ID S72CV0151SY1524143.I was sent an alternative item , a check detailed lambskin short dress with cotton bra (farfetch Designer Style ID: S72CV0151SY1524 )which was similar in style but not the same. I returned the item thinking that it was a picking error and reordered the leather army dress size 8. According to my invoices the product item code for each dress is 1000000125472100 &1000000125472105.It was the last one so I had to act fast. It took 2 weeks to arrive via UPS Express due to a Brexit related disruption. When the second delivery arrived it was the same check detailed lambskin dress and bra that was sent in error the first time. If you cross check the images online anyone can see that it is two totally different styles. Please search via Google 'dsquared2 army dress' and 'dsquared2 lambskin dress' and click on images. One is an avant garde design ,high waisted mini skirt, the neckline hangs below the bra... the other is a loose fitting item that covers the bra. The hem length, neckline and back is different ( the hem is supposed to be in line with the bottom of the pockets). The most frustrating and stressful experience.I will not order anything else from dsquared2.com in the future due to false advertising.I heard back from quality control the products were under two different codes but badly cataloged in the warehouses due to an error

Ordered the 'Icon' sweater and the lettering warped and cracked after 2 washes. The sweater cost £399.00.I sadly won't be buying Dsquared2 clothing again as the quality is extremely poor and has zero craftsmanship to it.

I have the worst customer service with this company , I ordered 3 pair of jeans with a total of 1,000 dollars ,I find out a day latter that I was charged yet there software cancelled out the order , I called them and was told they would get back to me by end of today’s business , this came from Patrick the online supervisor . He never called and I still have no word as to what is going on with my order. Worst customer service ever , guys you make a great product , however I really think you should check in with your online service I’m sure your losing a lot of money.

Shoes boxes got torn off and damaged I ordered a pair of Giant shoes. They arriveD in big brown box.There was a white box printed DSquared2 which was torn at the flap. Inside this white box was the actual shoes box which got damaged at the bottom right corner. I contacted customer service and I got a ridiculous response. “ Dear Sam, Our apologies, seems to be minor damage during handling or shipping, regrettably we are not able to resend a new box. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance. Kind regards, Gabriel Dsquared2 Online Store” This response makes me unhappy. Basically Gabriel said “So sad too bad and deal with it”. This kind of customer service will drive people away. The truth is they are not minor damages: one box got torn at the flap and one box had a big dent. The funny thing is that I attached the photo but it seemed this agent did not look at all. I paid $600 for this pair of shoes and it arrived damaged. Please stay away from this site.

They're telling you that your order will arrive in 4 6 days and it becomes 14 days .Totally disappointed by Management incompetence. Advice: If you see that you have loads of orders ,STOP cutting budget for staff and hire people .
