PROS: Easy to install, simple user interface, fast download and conversion, options for mp3 bit rate.
CONS: THERE IS NO FREE VERSION!Oh, they say there is, and let you download it. Great deal if you only want first 30 seconds "demo." In the end I accepted the $15 deal for Premium, which gave me a usable version.

Had to wait for 90 minutes to download a 40 minute video. When it was finished, it was just a 2 second file,with a huge watermark. DO NOT USE!

The "free" version has a watermark over your entire video that takes up the entire middle third of the screen.Takes a half hour download to even find out about the watermark. Avoid.

Brilliant software and Customer Support.
I've been using DVDVideoSoft for many, many years.I was impressed enough to upgrade to the premium version. The software is easy to use and reliable, although I have experienced minor errors for Youtube download. Last year when installing software on a new PC I could not locate my key. A short email to their support was all that was required, within 5 hours I received a personal email with the new key.

I downloaded the youtube download programfor the free version for my own video since I lost the file of mine.
It took me 427minutes to download one video
then It has HUUUUUGGGGEEE WATERMARK
THAT CAN'T EVEN MAKE ANYTHING VISIBLE FROM THE VIDEO.
WOW, What a Brilliant Program!

Very slow downloads also free version has a sound going over the download saying demo,they do have a paid version but from there trial no way spending £20. there's way better programs that the free version work very well try videoproc

There are already very limited options for downloading the video, and the download is also extremely slow.Not only that: After waiting a long time for your download to finish, it doesn't even give you the full video. All it gives you is this horrible voice saying that "you are listening to a demo" and less than 30 seconds of the actual video that you downloaded. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS TRASH SOFTWARE

Totally Bad experience! Took 172minutes to download a 2 minute video and then bugging you to buy premium trash to remove their very big watermark,making the video unusable! Fine if that's your style! But Why didn't make it clear in the first place?! Waste of time, waste of data for a trashy app! A BIG NO NO!!!
