beware of misleading descriptions

beware of misleading descriptions! I bought Charlie Banana reusable nappies at a very affordable price,but the description did not mention that they were only usable for the first 3 months of the baby! I await a response regarding the exchange of goods, I expect that the shipping costs will also be reimbursed as the error is specific to the site and not mine. for now no answer! beware of this site

[Following my returns experience I have downgraded my review] I was slightly concerned after ordering to read negative reviews of their previous operating name (Uber shop)but my order arrived promptly with most items as expected (apart from one nappy wrap in the incorrect size - I have emailed the company regarding this so will update after they have responded and hopefully resolved the error). Update: Having contacted them to inform of their error in the size wrap they sent, they replied promptly. Initially they wanted a selection of photos of the delivery note, the incorrect wrap with size visible and a photo of the entire order (this was a bit of a pain as I'd unpacked everything else so had to trawl round finding it for the photo. Also not clear why this was necessary as surely my email confirmation with the correct size ordered and a photo of the incorrectly sized product would be enough?) After this I was told they would refund the item only upon receipt of the original item. Initially I was told that someone would pick this up if I suggested a suitable day however they could not guarantee a time so I would have to be in all day (difficult with a restless baby and nice weather). When I asked if I could post instead this was allowed but I was told not to spend much on postage as they would be covering it (which seemed strange as I would have expected them to want recorded delivery or something). I received a refund of the cost of the item but not of the postage and in an email confirming receipt of the wrap was told to reorder it from the website in the correct size (where I'll have to pay postage again). I cannot understand how this has been made so complicated considering it was their simple mistake. I was happy to send back the original however I would have expected them to pay postage and send me a replacement without my having to pay again. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again considering it could well happen all over!
