All went well! Got the form I needed! Printed it off & placed my cancellation for monthly subscription and was treated politely.Same day cancellation notice cane into my email witin minutes. Saved it for my records if there was a future charge against my card. So far, extremely pleased.read more

eForms is extremely user friendly. All you have to do is find the form you need and then the State you're in.It walks you through each step with simple fill in the blank questions. I have used for wills, medical directives, an I.O.U. and medical power of attorney. I have already used the wills in probate and they were both accepted with no issues. I highly recommend eForms and will personally be using them again in the future.read more

I recently tried eForms 7-day free trial and found it to be easy and very useful to create the forms I needed.I had meant to cancel the service after the 7-trial but forgot to and was charged for the membership. I I informed eForms that I didn't want to continue with the service and they immediately refunded the charges with no questions or hassle I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely not hesitate to subscribe to them if I ever need their services in the future. I would highly recommend them for their excellent product and customer service.read more
