We noticed that our plan was changed.
It was not affordable for us as we are running a small coursein the learning platform which is integrated with the Elastic mail service.
We had reached out to Elastic mail team and informed them that plan is not affordable for us.
Like most of other vendors, we assumed that our request may not be actioned, hence we shortlisted few other SMTP email service provider vendors and we were about to subscribe.
The reply from Elastic team was shocking and surprised, they agreed to acknowledge our request, it is mentioned in their website that they have 3000+ clients, but still they listened to a small customer like us and accepted our request.
This is what true customer experience means, it does not matter whether you have a small or big customers, understanding and helping them is what matters.
Your organization will definitely grow to the greater heights!

I have been using elastic email for self hosted email autoresponder.
Going this route to send newsletters and promotional emails to your subscribers is not an easy task.I didn't expect it to be a hassle but I am happy to save some money on my email marketing.
Elastic email is a cheap option but you must be prepared to do technical stuff. Fortunately, elastic email support are always available to help you through the process.read more
