Order no Order 575725, ordered on the 14th Oct..item still in Frankfurt since first November.No refund or replacement as parcel still in transit!!! Would have walked from Germany to Malta by that time. Customer care won't have it that parcel is lost so i ask, when do you guys realize that messing around with folks who paid you in full for a product want their money's worth.read more

This company is horrible. They use total click bait and false advertisements. They say they offer free shipping "always" but no matter how much you try to order,they charge a minimum of $10-15.00 for shipping. None of their promo codes off their OWN WEBSITE work. No one answers their phone and the chat feature on their site does not work so you have no way to contact anyone from customer service. Total false advertising!read more

Terrible customer service!! I was really looking forward to trying a specific juice so,I grabbed a 2nd bottle of random juice to "pad" my order and make myself feel better about the shipping cost.
A couple days after I ordered, I got an email telling me the juice I wanted was out of stock and they were sending the other item in my order and refunding my card for the juice I really wanted. They claim that when I placed my order there was a question regarding out of stock items (which I never saw) that asked if I would like them to hold my entire order until it was back in stock OR issue me a refund for the out of stock item and send the remaining bottle in the order. This would mean I would have had to check a box or something to make this choice right?? I NEVER WOULD HAVE ORDERED ANY ITEMS IF THAT PARTICULAR ONE WAS OUT OF STOCK, let alone have them send one bottle of juice that I honestly only added on to make myself feel better about the $9.49 it was going to cost to ship!!
In their e-mail to me they said that there is some disconnect between the website and the warehouse which mistakedly allows customers to purchase an item that may have run out of stock before the website could be updated. However I call BS on that because when you are placing an order, there is a counter that tells the customer how many bottles are currently in stock.
This was not my 1st purchase on their website BUT IT WAS DEFINETLY MY LAST!! They couldn't have cared less about the confusion and offered me absolutely NOTHING to try and rectify the situation and try to make a customer happy. C - YA!!read more
