Terrible customer service

Great water filter but don't ever expect to receive the replacement filters when you need them.I opted for the subscription service when I ordered my filter jug because it seemed like a great deal. First replacement filter arrived a month after the payment was taken for it, and this time round it's been 3 weeks since they took my subscription payment and still the replacement hasn't been dispatched, meaning I now have very expensive jug to keep tap water in. When I emailed for an explanation I was refunded my money but now I will not be receiving any replacement filter. Terrible customer service, which is a shame because the filter jug itself is great (when you actually have a filter for it).

Be warned- don't use subscription service!

Ordered water filter December 2019 and requested repeat subscription. filter never arrived. had to chase.finally got apology & replacement. Charged June 2020 but no new filter sent. Received email December 2020 saying new filter being sent and that I could log in and change my subscription, but when i did they had already charged me again. Now chasing refunds! Epicwaterfilter's website doesn't (conveniently) allow me to write a review so am writing one here instead. (update: epicwaterfilters have dealt with the issue and all is now well)
