No support. They steal money. They deleted my BTC wallet address and handed me a new one.I can't return my old wallet with the amount. The support is silly and every time a new person comes to me with a stupid text and an apology for being late, but no concrete help. I think they do it on purpose to rob people. Be careful.

Great surface but transactions and coin changes are extremely expensive!

The user interface of the App Wallet is very clear and user-friendly. It's intuitive and easy to use,and it's really fun to use - if only it wasn't that expensive! Unfortunately, Exodus takes very high fees for transactions and bills of exchange. The switching actions also take a long time. So the "fun" quickly turns into frustration! There are much cheaper "alternatives" such as Uphold or Coinbase, even if Coinbase does not look so "nice" it makes more financial sense in the end.

I wrote several messages to Support for several issues, one even saying that my crypto is gone. NO (zero)support for weeks - not even one answer. This is worrying when they portray themselves as the best wallet for Crypto coins. Does this platform have a support team behind? Is my Crypto safe?
