Don't use this wallet.
10k drained from my account. No way anyone got my password or seed phrase.No way. No malare or viruses . Clean PC.. almost 100% sure it's an inside job. Zero customer service and closed door community. Do not..I repeat do not use this wallet . May they reep what they sew.

Avoid exodus wallet at all costs

The exodus team does not respond to support tickets what so ever. I currently have 5 open requests for 7 weeks now and I am being completely ignored.If you are cool with using a wallet that has no support at all then you might like exodus.
They completely lie about staking APR % then try to blame it on a "pricing server" after the community brought it to their attention. What a flat out LIE. This has been going on for months and has been reported over and over and as soon as they want to go public they finally take action acting like they had no idea.
This company should not be permitted to go public.
They should actually be investigated for fraud.

One of the First and Still One of the Best

A great choice, especially if you're new to crypto. I started using Exodus in 2017 (desktop version)and it remains one of my favorite wallets today. It is very user-friendly and as secure as a software wallet can be. I have made hundreds of successful transactions, and I really like the regular bi-weekly updates.
Fortunately, I have only had to reach out to support twice for minor issues. On both occasions, I received prompt, concise, and helpful responses and my issues were quickly resolved (and both times it was actually more of a blockchain issue than an Exodus issue).
As a long-time user, I have seen first-hand how much the app has developed and evolved. I believe that's why this app is still around and it gives me confidence in a positive future outlook. The only major thing that I think is currently lacking is support for additional networks (e.g. BEP2, BEP20, MATIC), which would enable users to control more of their own assets while avoiding prohibitive ERC20 network fees. Of course, we expect the high fee problem to be resolved someday soon; but in the meantime, what is a user with small holdings to do?
And speaking of fees, just a note about some of those negative reviews here. First, assuming that many of these reviewers experienced high fees on the BTC or ERC20 (i.e. ETH) networks, it should be noted that these fees are driven by the networks and not by Exodus. Over the past few months, ERC20 network fees have been extremely high. And high network fees will, in turn, drive fees for on-wallet exchange transactions higher. Second, it is true that Exodus (currently) allows fee adjustment for BTC transfers and not for ETH. Changing the recommended ETH fees can be tricky and result in failed transactions where you still pay a fee! (I should know: I've done it several times during my crypto learning journey) I think that's why Exodus hasn't included this functionality. For power users who want to be able to change ETH fees or speed up a transaction, you still can...just import your wallet into MetaMask and do it there. Not the most elegant solution, perhaps, but a solution nonetheless.
Lastly, regarding the reviews about stolen funds, I can only say that my funds have remained secure for years and I would strongly disagree that Exodus is a scam. When you alone are in charge of your assets (i.e. hold your own private keys), there are many ways that bad actors can compromise your security - so I implore you, take the time to learn the best practices for keeping your account secure.

Exodus, I've used this software wallet since the beginning, when reading the reviews that others left,what are they talking about.
Secure, if you computer is secure, your wallet is secure. The only negative to this wallet is the limited number of coins it supports, but this is expected, so if you a niche raven coin fan or coins no one uses, keep your own node! Also exchange fees can be a little high, but anyone would use a real exchange like binance for that side of things, overall an excellent wallet. (Remember to back it up, as its software based, even one bad windows update that deleted profile data made the wallet appear empty, back ups made recover possible and swift, a lot of people simply do not understand backing up data, a wallet is a bank that you have to run security for. And as for the review that you can not trade mined coins, the wallet does not give a flying monkeys where the coins came from and ALL coins are mined..

Big scammers... Never use this wallet to exchange your money, they state that it takes max “30 mins”.Once the coin got higher, they are still keeping the coin and taking the profits out of it. After like 25 mins they will release the exchange. This wallet is a BIG SCAM!!

Good wallet, but high fees

I have used Exodus for almost 2 months, no problems.
I like the user interface & I have successfully withdrawn money from my wallet to my bank account,so it is not a scam.
What I do not like is the following:
- high fees for exchanging coins e.g. VET to LTC
- high minimum balance for exchanging coins
If it were not for these 2 points, I would give it 4 or 5 stars.
